Super Simple Tight Loot for Giles Trinity

You did not get it! haha

First of all. Jus install the latest trinity.

in the Trinity plugin, replace itemvaluation.cs with duck's itemvaluation. This will ensure all rares can be scored according to how duck priorities the rare.

Then go to itemrules folder in gilesplugin. you will find rare.dis. edit this file and remove everything inside. save it.

under settings you will still run FILE BASED SCRIPT under items.

then make sure you edited ur scores for stashing to be 24k each(im running at 26k)

thats all


is this working with 1.7.1.7 too?

because when bot does town run i get msgs like the following:

for 1.7.1.7 i set "using score" for selling items because i had some problems with this method!!!!

1.7.1.7 works fine for me, sounds like you didn't delete everything from your rare.dis file
 
New version is up, this is tightening scoring even more, since things are dropping by the day in value. Ring and Amulets will only receive 2500 bonus rather then 5000, quiver and spiritstones also need 200 dex now on top of the requirement to have crit, orb and mojo will need 200 int on top of the requirement to have have crit
 
I am also running with 27000 score for jewellery and armor and 40k for weapons now

was wondering why i didn't get any weapon stashed since few days...

I traid sp0rk way to use Darkfriend rules for legendarys and Your scoring for rares...It seem to work with gloves, jewerly etc...however, I've start seeing less atributes in LogFiles...I tested on 2 very strong weapons, both worth 200kk+ and it trashed them..

have a look
WeaponOneHand - Sword . Score = 4000
Str:145 -DPS:1148,813

however, this weapon also have,
+Crit damage 67%,
+ socket!

another one:
WeaponOneHand - Axe. Score = 4657
Int:138 -DPS:1129,347

this one also has
+ 60% crit dmg,
+130 strength
+ socket


any idea why it's happening?

Im sorry I wont be maintaining 2 versions, I am considering going back a few versions though, the new versions are pretty bad on performance for me

I see the problem, in past versions of trinity, the max 1h wep dps was 1210 and I have a requirement of 85% of wep dps to return a descent score, in the latest versions its been changed to 1500 so 85% of 1500 is 1275dps, I will upload a new version with a lower dps req of 75, meaning weaps min dps required will be 1125dps 1h

It will only log the other stats it scores if it scores them, if it doesn't meet dps req it wont

ah ok, then even 75% is too low i think...cause even 1000dps weapon with 90% crit damag and 190 base stat could be worth a lot.

I will look into tweaking this tonight, but without a socket I would say a 1000dps wep with 90crit is worthless nowdays, maybe we could change weapon scoring to be a little more static, like if wep damage + crit + socket give a score of 31k?

You mean 75% atm, a 700dps wep with crit socket and crit wont sell from my experience that's why there is a dps req on weps
