Gold Missing on Suspended Account

I was depositing gold on daily bases. But I don't know how to pay token :) Do you have an option for 10 days trial on those accounts?
 
It would be weird for them to just remove all the gold down to the last copper from everyone. It's not like they are investigating which gold was from botting... and a very large portion of those banned never botted for gold anyways, just used it in raids.

We'll see if it's just an issue with remote auction UI or the gold is really gone.

Quite the FU from Blizz though if it's true - botters won't even be able to reactivate with a token lol, have to pay real money for subscription :)
 
my gold is gone too, funny thing is I didn't really got it from gathering or botting nodes etc. I got them selling challenge mode carrys on pandaria. well, let's see when I get it back on november 13th (If I get it back for real).
 
Is it just for me that ban status has changed? When the wave was I know I got 6 month ban and now when I enter the Battle.net website it has been permanently closed. I didn't make and support ticket about the account or anything.
 
I think thats showing auction money. Cause it's showing nothing on all mine too, but I didn't do anything with the economy when I was caught up in the ban wave. I mean nothing on even my lowest characters. So I'm thinking thats showing current auction sold/selling gold. Not whats on hand (though I'm not sure til Friday of course)
 
Like everyone else my chars show no gold but my 3 guild banks are still full..so maybe quadroons right but we will all find out in a few days....and if the gold is gone its just a money grab from blizzard....They have to find away to make some money after so many subs left the game :cool::cool::cool:

All my characters have been plundered tooo! :cool:

I'd check it a couple of days ago and then I only lacked ~80k or so. I wounder if the inventories have been cleared also. ;o

Nah, if you ticket them and ask for 3 day extension cause your gold is in the guild bank, they will do it.
Then u log on, get guild banks money and pay em a token.
 
All my chars are also cleaned...
Bags still have items thou.
If they really are taking all the gold away, i must say i will be pretty pissed.
I have never used the bot to make profit..all the (little) gold i had (around 200k) was from my own work.

And now if i log and don't even have gold to pay for mt bloody repairs, I will be VERY disappointed.
Has any1 made a ticket about this already?

Mine had all gold when it this post was opened. It was only today that it disappeared (yes, i checked yesterday night).

I wonder if opening a ticket would be "jumping the gun".... but i have this nasty feeling they did indeed cleared everything.
Which doesnt make any sense. I had chars that i hadn't even logged for what..a year maybe...that never touched the bot.. -_-
It kinda makes me angry how they treat people who made millions out of botting the same way they treat ppl who used a fishing bot for fishing lunkers...

EDIT: yup, i'm pretty sure they removed all the gold by now.
If you try to post an auction, it says:
"You do not have enough money to cover the deposit fee."

Yup...don't even have 1 silver to create an auction...suberb.

You both botted, whats the difference.
Would be retarded if both didnt got same threatment / punishment.

The difference, to me, lies here:
taken from Blizz e-mail:

"Exploitive gains such as items or currency may have been removed as part of this action"

If i didn't have any gains from said exploitive gains (gold), why should it be removed? The little gold i had spread all over 7+ chars were from my own effort. I suck at making gold, but the little i had was sweated :(
If 200k is nothing for some people, well, that's a lot for me!

And btw, account is really cleared. Confirmed it just now with a GM.
 
Support said to me, that they did nothing with accounts. GM supposed that the gold was removed by people "on the higher level", because there are no remarks on account. He said that they would not try to give any gold back...

You always have gains from botting.

when u cr bot and only do pvp or bg, you make gold as well.

Deffo not 200 k, but you make quite some gold a day just by doing random whatever.
Even questboting makes you 10-15 k alone lvling 90-100.

Therefor theres no way to decide what gold was legit in your opinion and i cant see them taking
the hassle for it to find out.
