So how many of you guys are gonna play legit for a couple days and then go back to botting?

I am. I will prolly give HB. A month or so to see what happens and even might not use it for a bit. Have a year subscription, so I'll wait it out.

I've learned in botting Eve, this is a game of Russian roulette. Why bitch when your ticket gets punched? No one forced you to bot, and if this is your main source of income then you can afford to loose a few, take a break and get right back at it.

If I had to play WoW by hand, I would have deleted this shit game off my hard drive almost a decade ago.
 
come one guys :) when we can bot again made 5 account legion with boost:) waiting.. will be good if the bot 1-2week, dont give a shit about this bans

This. I had so many issues getting a new key purchased, I didn't bother to log in until today (because it just now got fixed). Damn, that was some lucky shit. Thanks Bossland. For real, no sarcasm!

Yeah, that's what I intend on doing as well. There's plenty of things I can do while waiting for HB to sort itself out (if it ever does). This is a hobby of mine, so I don't get too bent out of shape if I get banned. I've been botting since Glider, so this isn't anything new
 
It is suspicious that you guys find and announce what caused the detection after the banwave hits and not actively before it has happened. Lazy money-grab much?

Think about it, how would they know if it was detected otherwise? Tripwire was never set off, so they had no idea until the banwave hit

What?

They can't prevent Warden from detecting the bot in the future since they don't know what Warden will scan for next time it scans.
Warden could be updated every hour, which doesn't require a client patch for WoW, for all we know.

It's impossible to maintain an undetected bot from a company like Blizzard.

And suddenly they know what caused it after the banwave? If it is supposed to be so hard to know beforehand how it is so easy after it? To me it sounds like they are not even trying to search for possible breaches...

No..sounds to me like Blizzard found a new way to detect HB/bots that use injection methods. Hell, they might have even reversed engineered HB for all we know and know exactly how not to set off tripwire. I am fairly certain that Bossland doesn't want to lose customers by knowingly putting them at risk. How good would that be for business? At least I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Really? Bossland doesn't earn anything when a banwave occurs. But they might however lose a customer or two because of it.

Lazily done update to keep milking for new customers. Lifetime keys kept the old customers here, but wont no longer as if isn't so profitable to keep buying accounts each 3 months and pay for subscription for bot aswell.

More than the HB staff were working on figuring out how they got caught. I fully expect to be banned again in 2months.

But within a day they figured it out what caused it. IN A FUKKEN DAY. If they actually worked this hard for their product banwaves wouldn't be so frequent would they?

You're clearly missing the point. How would they KNOW to look? If they don't know there is an issue then for all they know its working fine and nothing is happening. This is reactive industry, you can only do so much to be proactive until what you think is working, clearly isn't.

Which is exactly why tripwire is BS and worthless.

What's the point of having it if it never catches anything and can be bypassed any time they want by Blizzard?

if they treated evey update from blizz as a ban then they could find whats catching us and then fix it before they release test builds... they found what it was in a day so its not asking to much is it/...​
