Will you buy a new key if you had a lifetime key?

Ah, the rich american culture...that is possibly the reason whole Europe takes them as a joke in general...your morals are really on the bottom of the pit. That way of customer service you just gave example of, is a class A cancer. The worst spawn of modern business practice. Nobody needs that shit here.

Wow...Oh, hey, how is Greece's economy doing? Brexit? Has Turkey finally admitted the Armenian Genocide or are you still blocking their application to the E.U.? Refugee problem all worked out in France? How's that Russia/Ukraine thing going?


The U.S. has dedicated customer service....yeah, wtf is wrong with us?
 
I've read everything that has been put on the forums about the subject, No I will not be buying a new key.
Reasons:
1. Lifetime is Lifetime (I invested my money to support the company in return for a product that I can use until that product is no more)
2. The posts by Bossland... That is how you talk to your customers? people who have been here for years and supported the company by buying the bot, buying addons via the shop and sometimes even creating usable content for othrs which help make the bot viable in the fist place? Sort out your customer service please.
3. The entire thing STINKS of desperation, if you want donations to help fight blizzard then ask, dont take.
 
And by this you say it's OK for every company, yes Bossland is a registered company to cheat their customers?
Amazing how stupid people can be and think that just because this company creates software for cheating means that this company can brake consumer contracts etc.


Did you or did you not agree to Blizzards ToS? You're breaking your contract with them by using this program. You have absolutely no problem breaking contracts you make, but by the beard of Zeus if anyone does that back to you, right? Go on, tell me more about your self-righteous indignation...

I paid over a hundred dollars in 2010 when Bossland needed the capital to get this Bot up and running. Without people like me, he wouldn't have done shit. It was our money in the beginning that got him this far!!!! SHOW SOME LOYALTY BOSSLAND!!!

No, EULA is not forced by laws, consumer contracts on the other hand is for sure controlled by laws.
Learn the differense before you speak about laws and EULA ;)
I don't brake laws but I do brake EULA, even with Microsoft.

Do you see the difference or do you still think EULA and ToS is the same thing?

Hahaha, tell me more about NA education and good healthcare :D But good customer service is where you at boys, telling lies to customers and supporting all out consumerism while selling shit.

Thank you for all the years of amazing service. However; with the change to your business model, this is where we part ways. I purchased a lifetime because, by definition, it is the duration of the lifetime of Honorbuddy. I will not support a company that changes its model due to "hard times". Everyone who uses a third party program for wow "knows what this was". We gladly accept the bans because it is our choice. You knew what this was when you announced your lifetime key all those years ago. You should have stuck to that concept. Tony said it best, "Lifetime is lifetime, don't worry."

I had 3 lifetime keys as of 2012. I will not be buying another.
 
No. I had two keys which I used sparsely since the bans really began to hit everyone, not just abusers, in the last year or two. It's not remotely worth it to me to spend more money on it at this point.
 
ich habe jetzt festgestellt das mein schlüssel nicht mehr funktioniert .. aber wenn ich jetze ein kaufe .. wie füge ich den neue schlüssel ein--- den ich habe budy store gekaufte sachen die ich gerne behalten will ?
kann mir jemand was dazu sagen
 
I have now determined that my key is not working anymore .. but if I jetze a buy .. how do I insert the new key --- which I have budy store purchased things which I would like to keep?

Why should I put more money in their pockets? I already purchased what was supposed to be a "Lifetime" key once. if I purchased another key, what would keep them from changing there monthly key to a weekly key? or even a daily key? The rules don't apply to them.. they can change the rules anytime they want and with no notice. The least they could have done was to grandfather the people who purchased lifetime keys to keep them and then take that offer off the table.. Also I would like to know why it is only certain games that the lifetime keys expired? Why not all of the "Buddy" services? Personally I don't see the honor in screwing over thousands of customers. when they first sold the "Lifetime" keys I bet everyone was walking around with fat pockets full of money... Now that they are getting sued they expect us to pay for the lawsuit. I think they need to take some of the money out of their pockets that they were living fat on and take care of their own business. Where i'm from there is a saying "Pigs get fed but HOGS get slaughtered", stop trying to get your customers who have already paid for a lifetime key to have to double down and pay again..
 
Yes im gonna buy a new key ofc, i got over the butthurt period and now im ready to invest in good times again, they have done so much for us, why wouldnt we return a little again? :) i bought 1 key with 3 sessions and i plan on buying another key later on this year, yes Lifetime got changed and YES it sucked, but im over it, ive moved on. ;)
 
I've been a user for years and I will not be repurchasing. You changed the terms once, lifetime>year, why should I believe that a year key equals a year.
 
I appreciate that threads like this one arent censored by the staff.
Short answer: No I wont give in. I just rather use up my yearly keys and let my other 8 accs go to waste.
I hope this is a lesson for people, to never buy products with a "Lifetime" expiry date.
