Will you buy a new key if you had a lifetime key?

not gonna get a new key. its ridicilous to sell lifetime at first then expire it since you need more money.

also since november blizzard find a way to detect hb and going for banwaves too often (thanks tripwire(!)).
 
I do remember, but you probably don't. You should have gone with the 10 bots that went down and spend individually 10 times the money for their lifetimes.
Lifetime means Lifetime. This is fraud, pure and simple. I knew at some point you would have to address Lifetimes, but not this way. I feel violated. No way you are going to convince me that Lifetimes are ruining your business. Impossible. You're just greedy. You and I have the same Join Date. THE SAME! I was here from Day 1!!!!!

Nope i will never going to buy a new key.

And why they let you "rage" about it here on this forum is because they think: after 2/3 weeks the lifetime user's won't talk about it anymore,
because all the frustration is all let out of their system about the lifetime key.
i say: keep your voices heard ,because it really feels like a stab in the back.

What the people say is straight, we suck, the world does not need us. And there you are wrong. So do not bother trying to stop us, we will continue our fight/s and shape laws.

i wouldnt mind helping you on your cursade to change or make laws. you didnt ask me to join your crusade. you punished me by taking my Lifetime key away. you are forcing us to join or leave. you could of made/sold us things we needed for our lifetime keys . working Legion Dungeons and Raids $25 -$30 . you could of started making HB expantion packs to sell .

well you did not .. you ripped off your supporters

Thanks a lot for this. I spent the extra money back in the day when you needed it for a Lifetime. Now you take it all away? Wow. I was one of the Glider Admins over at their Vent and came over and helped with testing in the beginning. Then I paid the money for a lifetime. Please remember at the time Glider was gone and a crap load of bots hit the scene. I invested in this one. I bought a lifetime when it looked like this Bot would fall like the others. This is not the right way to treat us. I might be done with this whole thing. Only reason I play WoW is to Bot. I love botting. Now I have to pay for it again? No thank you. My key is gone and it's not even 2018. And I was one of the first. Bad form. Just bad form. WoW is dead within 2 years and you want to get a little more money out of me? BAD FORM. NOT ANOTHER DIME!!!

Seems I joined more or less same time :)

Way to address clients. NOT. Has to be one of the worst responses i've seen in my professional life. Having 30+ years in the customer service sector i kinda know what i'm talking about.

Its rude, unappreciative and instantly alienating most clients.

Glad i dont pay for this "service" anymore.
 
I went to use the bot today to find out it had expired I don't know why you have gone this way, but good luck no way this bot is worth the 24.98 euro they asking all of the lifetime users to pay

Hi,

First, I'm surprised the Buddy's attitude to suspend all lifetime accounts.

I partly understand the reasons for the decision, but I'm not satisfied how everything was done.

I had lifetime with 3 accounts. Paying 60 euros for a bot of a game released 5 years ago is very expensive. You could have taken a cheaper price. Half price (30 euros to 3 accounts/2 years), I certainly consider buying again.

But for that price, forget it. Lack of consideration for players who believed in their work.

Anyway, if they have a counter offer, do it immediately or stay without any active account.

I agree ;) f em. I am sad my hb key isn't perm anymore. But hey... that's life, things aren't easy. Sometimes you have to make hard decisions and this is one of them for HB.

I understand why everyone is upset, I get it. Could this of been managed better? Well, maybe. But we're all humans and if we could always pick the right path the first time obviously we would. We just need to go with the flow, there is nothing to do now except vent if needed, side with hb and continue to support them or don't bot (or find another bot if you choose to do so.)
 
I have just bought a year, I love Diablo to much, and with kids don't find the time to play anything it feels like. This and PoGO is what I have been reduced to :)

Ha, that's only in the beginning! If you introduce your kids to gaming, when they grow up a little you can spend hours and HOURS with them playing video games. xD
I remember my friend playing Warcraft III with his dad when we were all kids, and everybody were like: damn, wish my dad knew how to play Warcraft! Or Heroes III, whatever was on the menu xD
 
im buying another sub because supporting a automation program is the best thing its not bosslands fault that blizzard keeps coming after them and they prob lost alot of money because of lifetime subs but they have to make sacrifices somehow and the lifetime users are getting a free ride bossland shouldnt of made lifetime keys because it wouldnt of caused thiss riot and and honorbuddy has been fighting blizzard for everyone and everyones complaining that there no free botting most companies die off but not this one they need more money to create a better future and as they say everything has a end

same, i lost my 3 lifetimes key i'm very sad but i buy a new sub cause i need it and i hope that bossland will create a better bot and a good cr bot

I personnaly had a lifetime key and I was really satisfied by it. I stopped playing wow since myst of pandaria and I came back 3 weeks ago...what a good thing to see i still could use HB :).
So I ran it for 2 toons and now i'm in the middle of my 3rd one when all stopped.

I feel dispossessed of what I paid...a lifetime account to use honorbuddy. Lifetime .... it means, as long as I want to use it, and as long as it's still running... (same as FRAPS program, i bought a lifetime key in 2001 and I still can download new version and use it ... it was a lifetime key ....)

So now, i bought for a month key just to end the toon I was finishing and as many guys here, I'll go to see if the grass is greener elsewhere. There's some bots that seems to do same as HB, the only reason I never tested them was that lifetime key. Now i see that they're less expensive on their monthly subs so .... i'll try their free trial and think about it.

Another thing, stop licences like it's done is so f...iing #!..!??##!!
I would have been lesser angrier and disapointed if you'd given all lifetimers 2 years of use since you announce lifetime keys would be stopped, and not stop purely and simply all keys.

Absolutely not. This company is not trustworthy. "lifetime" not being honored is a joke. I'll never buy from them again.

On top of that, the moderation on these forums is ridiculous. They treat their paying customers like crap, especially Tony.
 
Give Me Back My Key BOSSLAND!!! You knew what you were getting into! Don't end it like this by alienating your most loyal customers! GIVE ME BACK MY KEY WHICH I PAID FOR!!!
 
I am just curious around what percent of people now have already purchased or will purchase a new key in the next 1 month that had a lifetime key that is now expired.

No i wont be buying another key or anything ever from this company rofl, going straight to another reputable company which offer a great bot for better price.

I am not bothered about not having a lifetime key as it was a great deal, but for a company to do such a thing, I find it unacceptable that they feel they can just change their previously sold products.

It is not my fault that the business is not making enough money, clearly they should have thought of a better business plan or something. Don't see why I should have to suffer as a customer because their business is not making enough money for themselves lol. The business should suffer for being a bad business or having a bad business plan, not the customers...

i read what bossland wrote, i read what frosticus wrote.
they have their perspectives.

what is true now was true before, lifetime means lifetime.

there is nothing to prevent the year or month you sign up for being taken away now, as has been shown, what was agreed on in this relationship was change arbitrarily.

there was no discussion, no chance for us to have input, no opportunity for a middle ground.

no negotiation, just dictatorship, facism if you will.

who would have paid a one-off fee to continue with a lifetime HB? who would have shown support for bossland et al?

i think we all would have agreed to, but now we are left dangling with no respect shown.. thats what is wrong with this decision, no input from those that have paid for a service.
