Never had this problem until today but when i cast on a target dummy it goes through the routine and casts, when i cast on an actual mob it just sits there and sometimes casts immolate. Not understanding.. was working fine yesterday. using enyo

I'm getting really terrible dps around that ilvl as well. At 645 ilvl I'm getting 14k dps on the dummy. Something seems off.

Thx for sharing the info Kink. I just did some prelim testing on the Demonbolt profile on a 7/10 HC run and normal clear and confirmed again on target dummy, but the 850/651 Fury settings seem too close to the 4 DB Fury limit and sometimes it bugs and thinks there is not enough Fury and will dump to 651 instead of doing the 4 DB's. This is with the debuff off and DS ready again normally when another DB cycle should be activated. It will dump to 651, rebuild Fury to 850 and THEN do the appropriate 4X DB. This doesn't happen every time but enough that there will be a slight dps loss each time it delays the DB cycle. It might be prioritizing corruption TOC refresh or Doom applications and be using just enough Fury to be below the threshold for 4X DB so the CR automatically dumps to the set level to rebuild again but this isn't confirmed - just the missed cycles I have confirmed multiple times. I did this again on a fresh install on a dummy just to confirm and it still occasionally misses the DB cycles as described above.

I increased the upper limit to 900-925 Fury and only tested a handful more cycles but I don't see this bug happening at the higher Fury setting. DPS-wise I don't think there's any real difference either way moving the upper Fury limit by a tiny amount, but I feel safer atm with 900-925. This will only potentially add a tiny more time to build for the very first DB cycle with low gear levels that can't build up the Fury, but it should have no negative impact on the final dps. Also, the Doom application HP limit I think is way too low, any mob with 100,000 HP will instantly die in a cleave and should not waste a Doom application. I think at least 500k is even going on the low side IMO unless there is a certain add that you are assigned to solo kill which doesn't exist in BRF. Any lower than this the ~13 sec tic of Doom is guaranteed not to ever tic.

any idea why this isnt summoning my pet when i die? im trying to run a profile to trap some elites and it gets owned due to fearing into more elites which i fixed by disabling fear.. but now it just tries to solo them without summoning a pet /sigh

FAR from new to HB..its enabled in the settings. Obviously missing something somewhere.

It would be nice to have the option available. I'd use it with dungeonbuddy to soulstone healer or tank on cooldown, not myself. It would prevent the awkward, unanswered requests for SS from my afk dungeon crawler.

Afking in Dungeons is 100% guaranteed way to get banned, so this feature is kind of pointless.

I just switched to Singular and saw a significant dps increase. Granted I am using dungeonbuddy and questing bot, but never had this happen with Tuanha's routines. Is this routine good for heroic/mythic raids later on or is it just fail all the way?

Demonic is the best Routine for raiding, I always use Singular for questing no matter who's routine it is.

Demonic Demonology rotation bug

Hello! Millz there is something that needs fix on opener when you have tier 17 4 set. When it cast metamorphosis it only cast doom and cancel's metamorphosis. When its should cast metamorphosis and 2xdemonbolts+doom then cancel it.
Also it fails on hand of guldan cast's i think when you compare it to simulationcraft rotation when you have tier 17 4 set.

Ok, auto SS dead healers/tanks is a valid request. I'll add that to my to-do list.

You're doing something wrong. Post a log file please. It's highly unlikely any other warlock CR will out DPS demonic.

Yeah I'm aware of the bug with the opener. I've made some changes, need to get it tested today and hopefully push.

Cokx and Toizi's routines are good, but Demonic and GS are very different products. Demonic is more automated (set up options and let it run), whereas GS is more hotkey control. My best advice is to try the trial of both routines via the store (the trial option is available once you login to the store) and see which you prefer.

You have said that this is a bigger fix but brf progressions (mythic) starts from today on and with the actual situation the rotation with cata is a really hard time. So hopefully a fix will come as soon as possible.

This may sound like an odd request, but any way you could add an option to disable HOG and CW when doing this, much like you can do with cataclysm? I am thinking of fights like Thogar / Beastlord when it is much better to save hog / cw for when the adds are up. I did thogar last night and I ended up having to disable HB and just play manually becuase it would use HOG / CW in normal rotation and not when adds were up. I mean, it does the rotation perfectly but obviously can't predict when adds are going to spawn. Switching over to playing manually netted me a 25k dps increase. The CR as doing about 34k and without HB I was able to do just under 60k. I would love it if it could handle the single target rotation for me, and then let me control when to burst up the aoe so I could focus more on avoiding trains

I know you can toggle aoe, but that doesn't stop HOG from going off when there is only one target in range IE when you just have Thogar up.



Next request, not even sure if this is possible or not. But is there anyway that we can boost the priority of multi dotting spears ? Basically I want it to IGNORE the call of the beast packs for multi dotting, they don't live long enough. I had settings set to dot 4 targets ( doom 5 ) but unfortunately the routine just picks 4 targets at random, and it ends up dotting up beasts instead of spears. This is another one where I had to disable the CR completely due this, plus the burst AOE mentioned above.

All in all, routine is working amazing in BRF - good job fixing the issues quickly dude, you are the man !

Still working on it at the moment, but this is the change list for the next build so far:

- All movement checks are now ignored when Aspect of the Fox is active.
- [Demonology] Adjusted the opener timings to suit the higher fury requirement. This will help Dark Soul and 2x Demonbolt cast.
- [Demonology] Chaos Wave can now be configured for how many units are required to hit.
- [Demonology] Cataclysm can now be configured to cast in normal or demon form.
- [Demonology] Added setting to use Dark Soul before casting Cataclysm.
- Removed the delay for cast on ground abilities.
- Added support for food items that provide the buff 'Refreshment' instead of Food/Drink.

Well that sucks. I just botted 43 levels with dungeonbuddy. I was excited to see how fast it was, less than 1 hr per level even after 50. Oh well, what can you do?

Is there anyway to blacklist units then ? I am assuming you did something similiar with the immune mobs on blast furnace? There is never a reason to dot the pack adds over spears. If you are doing that, you are wasting GCD's
