Some Info on the Injunction

Did you buy the bot before the injunction? If so there may be ways for you to use it, but if not then you are out of luck. Sales are halted until after the hearing.
 
Unfortunately, I went to go buy DB the day that the injunction began. So I am one of the people that have been waiting for sales to resume and won't even benefit from the double session. :(
I'm just waiting for July 10th to roll around so I get a little more information.
 
I think they are doing a total German blackout so the only way you're going to get it is through a *** server.

Same story here dude. But look at it this way, at least any issues should be sorted by the time we can buy a licence.
 
Lol i don't get it WHY that information is in english.
It's just a problem for germans and no one outside germany should care about it.
 
Please no flame on this question, as I have read almost all of the legal items floating around.

I understand that demon buddy is not available in Germany AT ALL, and sales (for new customers?) have stopped until July 10th ish

However as a demon buddy key holder not in Germany is there any way to upgrade my license from 1 to 3 before then?

One question, just in case that LG Hamburg rules in favor of Blizz, does that mean demonbuddy will vanish completly or are you planning on offering you services from a country where LG Hamburg holds no jurisdiction?

Blizzard usually goes all out on these kinds of things. The injunction was just a pansy move. You can't really assume that sort of thing because you don't know what they will do.
 
OK let me put it another way, from the experience you guys have with such legal issue (honorbuddy etc.), would it be a good idea to sign up for cyberghost subscription ... just in case the status quo remains longer the july 10th, I am asking since they have a really nice offer today ... you are catching my dift.

autoit dosnt inject into intellectual property, obviously you dont understand how the legal system works, you see its not about wining or lossing its about slowing down boss-land and wasting there money....

.............i dont see why you dont just whack the server in Ukraine and move the cooperation to a boat sitting in the bahamas 0_o

Because that is not how you do a proper business. At some point they will have made their stance and when they created their own precedence case, then they can sit in germany all day long. If they ose they might think about it.

Even non germany people cant buy an extra session right now? right?
