so if the buddy team somehow loses in court, and DB is shut down perm can I just transfer my license to the wow bot? cause I'm not even going to bother playing Diablo 3 without a bot, too tedious and boring. I'll just switch back to wow. I refuse to play it now that I've experienced DB and leveled a toon 1-60 with it.
 
IF DB goes down in flames then they can take my money with it! I hope they win and am praying for a swift victory! If they do lose I am sure that Buddy team is gonna rock my world with free copies of all of thier bots.....Bossland told me so......JK JK JK

and i will buy 3 more diablo accounts and toss 3 new demonic buddyz bots on each of these accounts and smash blizzard face with my GOLDZ ;-)

P.S : Lets hope the judge is Diablo 3 player with DemonBuddy User!:rolleyes:

if DB wins, I'm def buying a 3 session license. If they lose, my sympathies. I knew buying the rights to use a bot is a risk in more than one way, not worried. I would like to see the bot developed further in a 3rd world country? just an idea :p ....
 
Glad to know we are recieving updates and to know i was the first to post and talk to people about this being stickied.... Really the people asking for refunds this early should not get another chance to buy it in the future... Its way more of a PITA for the Db team to have to deal with... the only thing people can do is wait... It sucks but there is no way around it. Bossland is taking every step he can in the right direction.
 
Update #3:
2 days have gone by and Bossland decided with his lawyers only non-german consumers can use DB. The thread title claims DB will be online in about 12 hours. (Posted 12:45 Site Time)​
We are working on a Geo IP Solution, based on countries. We will use a paid solution for that, to guarantee that:

Only our customers from outside of Germany will have access to Download Demonbuddy
Only our customers from outside of Germany will be allowed to connect to the Authentication of Demonbuddy
Only our customers from outside of Germany will be allowed to connect to the Navigation of Demonbuddy

I am sorry for all Germans and people living in Germany, we must hold to that ruling until the hearing.

Sales will still be stopped till the ruling of the LG Hamburg. For everyone.

Demobuddy will be ready in few hours, once our system filters all the German IPs, we will give it a go. All of you asked for a refund, sorry!

if they lose, they will setup servers outside germany.. so germany law can?t hit them. Easy way

you are missing the point entirely.

i bought the game and installed it, the intellectual property is mine as i paid for it.

i bought DB and installed it, the intellectual property is mine and i paid for it.

if blizzard wish to stop my client communicating with thier servers, then they can ban me, they reserve that right.

if i want to edit my diablo installation then that is my right, and they reserve the right to ban me for it.

my computer, my memory, they can ban me if they like, go for it.

if you can prove i'm using it, you can ban me. otherwise what power can they have? what stops the DB team offering the same injunction as they offered you?

MoP will damage the HB functionality, i'd file an injunction if i were you bossland.

logictech sells a mouse which has an autofire function you can attack to Lclick, are they next blizzard?

you can make autoit do whatever you like, are they next blizzard?

the sad fact is that blizzard cannot employ the expertise to understand how to get around it, even when they have unlimited access to the software. the fact that they need to take the lagel route is embarressing for the entire company and a huge compliment to the buddy team.

Wouldn't the German customers always just use a *** to go around this problem? Just saying. I tried to search if this has been brought up already but *** is too short of a search thread.

Ich hab mir ersatmal ein Konkurrenz Produkt besorgt da ich nicht einsehen muss das hier fuer deutsche nix geht.
 
I use *** to fix this problem in germany ^^
With my german IP i can not dl the HD Client, with my Nederland IP i can do this :D

But it is not possible for me to log in HB with my key, while I am using ***. I think HB Sellers know that i was germany when i was buying HB. I think i have to wait :(((
 
I dont use a *** i dont pay a 3rd party provider to use a bot , while iam ger no way

You're an idiot. You must have missed the Glider fiasco.

You can think what you want, but that doesn't hold up in court.
