Some Info on the Injunction

I think you misread what I said. Back when Glider was the big deal, Blizzard got hit hard for logging peoples' browsing history and physical memory while playing wow. That's illegal. What I'm saying is Warden COULD do anything if it wasn't illegal to do so. IE: Warden (or whatever they have now) COULD be programmed to find HB if it wasn't illegal to find what programs are running on someone's computer while they're playing World of Warcraft (or Diablo 3).

Which is retarded for saying in the first place. example:

Blizzard COULD program a virus to infect all botters computers so it completely logs everything they do, which in-turn would log our bank account log ins, credit card numbers, etc. They could then use all our banks/cards and buy Doritos and Big Red and just laugh at us cause they made the virus so good no one can figure out who made it.

See what happens when you bring up stuff that is retarded to bring up because it would legally never happen? You get stupid responses back.

My point is, it's happened before. Blizzard used to be able to detect this kind of stuff with their software. It's not out of the realm of possibility like them stealing credit card numbers... It just happened like 3 years ago.

They have a hearing on the 10th. That's when we'll find out more info. They don't know if they'll be able to sell at that point or anything, but that's the hope.
 
What is the price of a single licens for DM ? cant see it anywhere since the shop is down until 10. :)

Not trying buy new license just trying upgrade it.
There support has never once replied back to me which is dissapointing.

they cant give away or sell session keys. upgrading your single day to a 1 year is giving you a new session key. the session key for teh 1 day would be void and new one would have to be issued which would break the injunction. they are not able to DISTRIBUTE the bot.

There's no guarantee that DB will be up for sale again on the 10th. I'm pretty sure if I remember right, that's just when they're going to court.
 
Since the injunction hit during a sale, will DB still be on sale when it becomes available again?
