If they "could probably detect it" we would all be banned. They don't say, "well, we can detect it, but it's so much fun to take these guys to court and waste countless hours and money on litigation".
I think you misread what I said. Back when Glider was the big deal, Blizzard got hit hard for logging peoples' browsing history and physical memory while playing wow. That's illegal. What I'm saying is Warden COULD do anything if it wasn't illegal to do so. IE: Warden (or whatever they have now) COULD be programmed to find HB if it wasn't illegal to find what programs are running on someone's computer while they're playing World of Warcraft (or Diablo 3).
