Nobody can buy Demonbuddy at the moment. German players who had already paid for Demonbuddy can not use it at the moment. Everyone else who already has a license can use it just fine.
 
Versteh ich das richtig das wir deutschen den Bot garnicht mehr nutzen k?nnen? Auch nicht in der Zukunft irgendwann??
 
warte den 10. juli ab, dann gibt es ein urteil und mehr infos.
 
bin gespannt was da raus kommt. vermutlich wird blizz gewinnen und wir k?nnen hier abstiken in deutschland. naja honorbuddy geht ja noch...v p n bringt bei d3 wahrscheinlich auch nix oder?
 
Is it sure that we will be able to buy more licenses on the 10th of July, or is it just an approximate date?
 
I need Demonbuddy to enjoy Diabo 3!! I wish you guys luck in removing the injunction so I can buy it!

Well, they could probably detect it, but privacy laws are on our side. lol
 
I just got to test out how Demon buddy was gonna be and at the time it wasnt working well so i only bought 1 session key. Then they got their stuff together and the bot ran really well the DAY i was gonna upgrade to a 3 key they got hit with the injunction! i was so totaly PISSED!!
 
Yes I have 3 lifetime sessions and its not enough, need moar bots!!!

Jesus, I hope you are a new Private in the Armr (or Air Force) with a question like that.

Yes German Laws DO APPLY TO YOU. Anything you do off-post you can be prosecuted under UCMJ and German Laws, depending on the crime and severity. This injunction applies you as well. If you would like to know how to use this (I'm assuming you already bought the program, if not it's impossible to purchase it right now) program on base, send me a PM and I'll help you out.

If they "could probably detect it" we would all be banned. They don't say, "well, we can detect it, but it's so much fun to take these guys to court and waste countless hours and money on litigation".

He is right you know. blizzard lost a case when warden was first introduced and is not allowed to scan outside its own memory anymore. If they would do that they would have no problem banning all bots.
