ShamWOW for HB2 - An Enhance/Elemental/Resto + PVP/RaF Healbot by Bobby53

I got a log where the bot pulls then casts ghost wolf then starts to attack again. It happened at 2:36-2:37 am. This was in the log box.

tomei, Thank you very much for the complete debug log file. The Pull Distance is set to 40 yds, but the Ghost Wolf Distance is set to 35 yds (distance clear of mobs before it will cast Ghost Wolf.) That combined with HonorBuddy checking to see if the CC needed to rest in the middle of a pull resulted in that behavior. I'll update to have it adjust the Ghost Wolf distance when the Pull Distance is greater. For now, just set Ghost Wolf Distance to 45 yds as a work around.

Also, when the bot is stopped when you are dead at the spirit healer and try to start it in grind mode it stops and gives error but when you manually run to corpse and rez it will work again when you start it. Shouldn't it work in spirit mode and run back your corpse?

Yes it should. Corpse runs are handled by HonorBuddy. I'll test it out and submit a bug if needed.

Shamans Location: BGs/Grinding
What should have happened (be specific): Helped Elemental Totems/Feral Spirits kill a mob
What did happen (be specific): Once my bot pops Elemental totem (Earth or Fire), or Feral Spirit and there is only one mob or player the shaman will have the Totems or Feral Spirits attack that mob or player and then precede to run away from this mob or Player.
System time of issue (log time stamp): I do not have a log time stamp because technically this is not and "issue" it is a question/suggestion to fix or help me fix this problem.
Sorry if this is a very obvious fix. I looked through CC Config. and did not find anything specific to changing such targeting issues.
Also, is there a way to add the use of a trinket such as Insignia of the Horde when the shaman is in ice or CCed beyond 50% health? Thank you for your time this Custom Class really is absolutely Shamazing

Markjacob, Thank you for the post. Complete debug log files are needed with most questions since they contain details necessary to answer your question rather than guessing or my reply simply being a request for a log file. In your case, I have to assume you are experiencing the effects resulting from a change made in HonorBuddy a few versions ago that was been worked around in ShamWOW 4.3.05. If you are using an earlier version then upgrading should fix it. If you are using 4.3.05 or later then you are experiencing a problem that will require a log file. In response to the Shaman changes in Patch 4.0.6, the following will be in the next release of ShamWOW:

o Slight increase in default Health % for casting Chain Heal (tbd)
o Tremor totem no longer cast when target with a Fear ability is detected. Instead it will wait until Fear has been cast on the Shaman.
o Earthquake AoE mob count will remain at 5, unless if Glyph of Chain Lightning detected then it will be 7 (down from 8)
 
Looks like the you've got everything covered for 4.0.6. Thanks for keeping this up to date and for making it simply amazing to use. I can't bot any other class now that I've grown accustom to ShamWow. Thanks again

Going to assume this is a HB issue as i tested both your Stable and BETA versions and had the same issue.

HonorBuddy Mode: PVP
Shamans Location: All BGs (This log its in WSG)
What should have happened (be specific): Should have completed casting its heals (any heal).
What did happen (be specific): Decided to change hotspots while casting a heal, so cast never went off (does this over and over, only instant casts go off due to constant movement in combat). This issue only occurs sometimes, but frequent enough to be a real annoyance.
System time of issue (log time stamp): Through-out the whole log

Running the latest shamwow beta in conjunction with the squire plugin.

HonorBuddy Mode: PVP
Shamans Location: AV
What should have happened (be specific): Should have followed the target using squire.
What did happen (be specific): Ran between two spots in the horde base until the battle ended (for approximately 3-4 minutes) , a point by where jotek usually stands and where the orc female guarding the base a little further up
System time of issue (log time stamp): Towards the end of the log 14:10:43:880 maybe

basically, my character will be running into the horde base, as soon as it gets close to the large tower before east and west fw towers (the one that used to dismount players back in vanilla) it gets into combat. The bot the doubles back until out of combat, remounts, and runs to the same spot again and repeats this process over and over.

Looks incredibly 'botlike' while it bugs like this, noted it has done this before near tower point. Wondered if it was trying to avoid the ranged tower guards, however at this point in the game both towers were destroyed.

Lukeyboy, Thanks for the debug log file and description. It would help more to know a specific point in time the issue occurred as opposed to saying throughout so I can focus on a specific instance. I will look into this issue further, but with the problem you described a specific occurrence that you witnessed is the most useful. It appears there may have been a change in HB where it now moves to the next Hotspot even if the character is in the middle of a spell cast.

Also would it be possible to have the shaman Purge extremely important spells in PVP?
Purge logic is present but buffs haven't been revised for Cata. Purge is cast if the Current Target has any of the following:
o Presence of Mind
o Blessing of Protection
o Avenging Wrath
o Power Word: Shield
o Fear Ward

Please advise other key buffs that should be removed from list as well as those that should be considered for being added and any criteria needed For example, purging Fear Ward isn't necessary if your team doesn't have any classes nearby that can Fear the target. I don't believe we want to purge any purgeable buff that exists on the target given the change in the last patch to Purge only removing 1 effect (down from two.)

Saven, Thanks for the file, however its not a debug log file. The attached file was created with the Debug Output option turned Off so there isn't enough information present for me to assist you. If you continue to experience the issue, please enable that option and attach a new log file. My apologies for the issue and thanks for your help, Bobby53

The only thing I see where you would have had some unusual behavior is at 14:09:17 where it has the following:

[14:09:19:530] Unstuck attempt 4
[14:09:19:532] Unstuck attempt 5

then again at

[14:09:24:774] Unstuck attempt 3
[14:09:25:809] Unstuck attempt 4
[14:09:25:810] Unstuck attempt 5

There is a new option in HonorBuddy called the Experimental Unstuck Logic I believe. Turn that off and try again and see if you still get this behavior.
