There is no reason to not use the latest update. Yes, I did f*ck up update 8 a bit, but it's fixed now. What's the point me uploading stuff if you guys don't use it??
Please don't forget that we are only ten days into the season. I don't know who was here last month, but I remember that we couldn't even hit rank 12 fifteen days in the season.
This month, some people hit rank 6 and a bit higher by the 5th(check the screenshots on page 15-17 if you don't saw them already). The reason why the bot does s bit worse now, is simple. The meta shifted, 5 days ago there were no reno warlock/mage/priest, no shamans, and no dragon warriors. The meta was pretty much pirate Warrior, Dragon Priest and some other weird and bad decks. Now it's a completely different game: 20% shaman, 15% druid, 15% priest, 12,5% warlock(reno), 12,5% warrior, 25% other - source: Hearthstone Deck DB (change the date)
When you guys watch the bot, or review the matches with HSBToolbox ask yourself these questions:
Was it really a misplay, or slightly worse then the correct one?(ofc you need to know what the correct one was)
Would my play make me win that match? Was there any chance to win at all?
Ofc there will be some actual misplays, witch I'm happy to fix. My longterm goal is to have a consistent 50%+ winrate so we can hit legend. Not to make it perfect(don't think that's possible anyway).
I focused a lot on pirate Warrior because it's (still) the best deck to bot with and is able to run with over 50% winrate. Some decks that I provided to you are not that great, but maybe they will become better after some time.
I will look into the recent logs from you guys tomorrow. Keep the feedback coming

I see some issues in your logs. Like the one with Imp Gang Boss on the board, where the bot just ends the turn with 3 mana left. It was about to trogg->lightning bolt but didn't do it for some reason. I simulated the board on my pc and it did finish the turn properly.
Did you click on the Heartstone window by aciddent witch made the bot to end the turn? It doesn't madder if there are some other windows on top. There could be more like CPU was under full usage ,visual lag, internet issues etc.

Otis, it might be something in my soft ofc... for instance if you provided any files that needed to be deleted from your first aggro shaman routine - I still had em till today.
Or maybe our versions are a bit different since you make yours better all the time, I guess. It's better to check missplays on your latest build - it's fine if you say no missplay now, period. I just did full HB reinstall to be sure.
It's a mistake to ask myself "if my play wins the match". To win the match we just need not to do missplays - thats our goal, thats what rises WR. This and proper meta deck. For me personaly, good botting project should contain atleast 1 fast deck with best possible WR for fast deck, 1 slower deck but with better WR then 1st one, and maybe info bout deck that you can drive manualy from rank 3 to Legend.
Side note, I dont mark arguable missplays as missplays - I then write "i'd play this way". In given example Hex or not-Hex is arguable play. No L.Bolting - is a one.

Reinstalled - same. Tested on same machine - same. Just missed lethal and lost match. Cool.

then also add a text of your system specs.

You need to close these services/programs when botting:
Mezzmo
Teamviewer
Especially teamviewer can make the bot rope a lot. I used it to remotely check up on how the bot is doing but I've noticed that it interferes with it a lot. No problems since I closed it while running the bot. I always close everything that could interfere with the bot, streaming services, firefox, anything that can broadcast something, also, disable any Anti Virus and especially trash windows defender.
You should also upgrade to Windows Service pack two.

You know, Win7 Sp2 does nothing good to your system... it's not XP Sp2...
It still does stupid things:
- traded 5/2 wounded thing from below instead of 3/2 (buffed with Flame Totem to 5/2) Flame imp...
- traded 3/2 wounded Jiynu-healing instead of 1/1 (buffed with Valiant to 3/1) without Valiant avalable and with healing totem on board...
- put Flame totem not between 2 own totems, but right of em when enemy also has 2 totems to be killed...
- used 2nd L.storm when 1 hp minion left when Maelstrom available...
- Valiant is treated as useless 3/6 minion and therefore it sits dead in hand even when it can be dropped to buff 2 totems ready...
- finishes minions with own minions instead of weapons...

- reverted some settings to make the bot more accessible for everyone
- almost back to standard settings except weaponOnlyAttackMobsUntilEnfacehp and enfacehp
- if you want to bot with slower decks, make sure you change enfacehp to 12 or a number you're satisfied with. To do this go to Hearthbuddy Folder\Routines\DefaultRoutine\Silverfish\behavior\ProjectLegend and change the value in _settings.txt
- recommended:
- pirate warrior: 30
- pirate-dragon warrior: 15
- mid shaman: 15(keep in mind attacking with 1ap spiritclaws is always forbidden)
- hunter: 18
- tweaks from Update4.1 still apply to this
- recommended:
- fixed not using hunter heropower sometimes
- reworked hex penality
- added penality to play Lightning Storm against weak boards
- never attack Twilight Summoner unless it has taunt
- added Jinyu Waterspeaker to the HealTargetDatabase to apply global bonuses/penalities
- tweaked penalities/bonuses to trade with minions
- fixed not using Totemic Call before spelldamage spells(do it before, if you gonna do it)
- Dragonfire Potion doesn't damage Dragons
- added Aya Blackpaw to the silenceTargets Database(influences Hex and other removal spells, too)
- no penality to use Maelstrom Portal on small minions if they are pirates

I figured out myself that most weird stuff comes from twotsamount != 0.
I did face warrior testing:
I took default setting and added weapon face tweaks into it (4, as Otis’s) and took from Otis pack his penalty (for heroic strike if I remember correctly). Result is 8/10.
Pure Otis’s update 8.3 result is 1/13.
Side note, official routine does some suboptimal plays too: like almost never plays First Mate on turn one without coin and plays Coin + First Mate + Upgrade! Instead of Coin + Axe + keep Upgrade for next turn.

Two nights ago, I ran pirate warrior and won around 65%. Used last nights update tonight and went all the way from rank 6 to 11 with 33% winrate. So
I would say that I've experienced something very similar. Otis himself isn't running the pirate warrior right now, so he'll rely on our logs etc.
