New version..
Added a profile bug that causes DB to think a new game has been started after each bounty is completed, this prevents the map cache bug from happening.
Added failsafe for cursed dias to stay at the event shrine.
Added failsafe for Cursed Chapel to stay at the even chest.

This works 100% afk it is not an ideal solution to the map-caching problem but well it works.. it will do till BuddyTeam fixes DB.


i can confirm, that runs 100% afk (but you dont get this version if u update SVN yet, i think)


PS: gotteshand, do u know for sure its a DB problem and not a problem with the profiles from this thread ?
just wondering since the riftbot a4 works perfect without getting stucked

The longer you run profiles in a single game (area changes) and use the explorer function DB map-cache gets corrupted as a result the explorer stops working it is a confirmed DB issue and it is not a new one its just nobody ever really noticed before because never before have there been scripts that use the explorer that extensive in a single game.. As for the version yes the svn version already has the reload bug given that we stumbled upon that by incident normally you could not want to make DB believe that its a new game after each bounty so that was a byproduct of a logic error I guess you could say we got lucky.

However the new version makes sure you stay on the bounty quests side for Chapel and Cursed Dia's which is kinda important because in some cases (people 2 dumb 2 setup trinity properly) bot will move away from the quest site killing trash mobs and not return causing it to fail restart game meaning you miss out on a Cube. Basically fail-safes were added for dumbs to make sure nobody comes crying about the bot missing out:)

I was looking at Act1 bounties early but we probably will not be doing a rewrite because what is there ~70% of it can not be reused we'd have to restart from scratch its not meant to be offensive but some of the profile scripting is less then ideal which explains a lot of the issues. Checking if a bounty is done by loading the map explorer with the condition bounty-completed is bad really bad. HasQuest would be the way to go. Also in some profiles there is checks for HasQuest for every single safemoveto command instead of one for all of them. There is some good stuff as well don't get me wrong some of the static maps are handled quite well for the most part. Also going to town after each bounty is bad it adds more area changes which increases to chance of corrupted map-cache. 5 bounty means you go to town 4 times you did not need to thats for area changes were the cache can get corrupted needlessly.

This has been confirmed to be working 99% of the time meaning it is considered afkable now the important part. Rift Team will not provide any support for this what so ever if you have problems with it thats your problem. It is not our job to provide support we made these out of self-interest meaning for self-use and not for 12 year olds that think its our job to wipe them their ass.


Just download that xml and run it as the profile?

Download into your profiles folder select and run no other files needed!
Make sure you have .27 or above trinity and the latest questtools.

We did a act4 rewrite with maximum speed in mind since this is used for our "Yet another Rift bot" profile to farm keys. Average runtime on .29 trinity 12-15 minutes (Using teleport with Wormhole and Illusionist for out of combat movement along with 42% cooldown reduction and -4sec teleport cooldown from offhand)

I just can confirm it! It works 100% afkable. Im just watching how he get much chests :-) I realy recommend it!

We pushed the Riftbot version to the base of the SVN folder Friday. Pushed it again this morning to the internal act4.xml. If you're still getting stucks on Diablo, it's very likely that you're somehow not getting the updated SVN version. Thank you Riftbot creators for cleaning that up and providing it back to the community!
 
Would be nice if Act 1 bounties get fixed and become as AFKable as Act 4. I've been wanting to get some serious Act 1 bounty runs to farm for that ring of royal grandeur, which can only drop from Act 1 bounty caches.
 
I believe the ring can drop from act4 as well. Doesnt act4 have chance for all cache legs?
 
hi folks, do you all face the problem that the bot doesnt repair item? i keep having this issue n have to manually repair my items. is it trinity issue or the profiles issue? anyone please enlighten me.

afaik act 4 cache -> all legs from 1,2,3&5
ring should be act 1 = if you talk about the "-1 setbonus" ring (got my first today -.-)

Problem areas are:

Mooncave
Scavengers Den
Butcher, not finding Exit
Crumbling Tower
Scavenged Scabbard/ Watchtower
Queen Araenae

tricky to find the issues, when i set up a profile to loop through just these and watch it for hours and it completes them just fine. then last night these most of these had gold inactivity trips.

Get off your high horse, A4 is tiny and simple in comparison.

By the way, TrinityMoveTo is going to be deprecated in next version you'll need to switch to MoveTo or SafeMoveTo and while you're updating them you might want to use bounty quest id in the questID field to get your paths to finish as soon as the bounty as been completed.
 
is there a way to set the game as public upon joining a game? This would expedite the cache run on act 1/4.
