I want to run only up to X-tier maps, where do I set this X ?

MapRunner is an old plugin. It is based on Map Level, not Tier. You can look for map levels at Map - Official Path of Exile Wiki
Or just calculate it yourself: Map Level = Tier + 67

Yep, it was so. Now 1 map can have different iLvL. I have 2 crystal ore maps in inventory, one has 60 ilvl and the other has 70.

Map Level is not Item Level.

Not now, its not a 1 hour task. Will be added in the upcoming MapBot.

Can it run shaped map? I have shaped jungle valley as a highest tier map(tier 6) in my stash at the moment, but bot is not using that map.

well that's very dissappointing since maprunner is fully useless for accs with currencytab. i dont even see a workaround...

it's the wrong forum to troubleshoot your AIF, but yeah mine works fine.

each time the bot takes a magic map (blue map); maprunner enter in an infinite loop opening an clossing my stashs
only workaround I have found is to sell all blue maps and a rule for not to pickup any blue map...
any idea how to fix it?
maprunner only work with white maps?
