i'm doin some tests now for PL when OB procced and no runes avaiable for OB (for Frost 2h), this should raise the dps slightly (from my experience 1-2k dps)

Yeah and for DW Frost it should be about the same logic as Empowered Rune Weapon...when there are no Death or Unholy runes up. Normally I would say when there is no Runic Power to cast Frost Strike, too, but Necro does a pretty good job of saving just enough RP in case of Rime procs.
 
there will be a last update right before x-mas (today), which will

- fix Death and Decay / Defile in automode (Questing, Grinding, and son on)
- fix AOE in automode (Questing, Grinding, and so on)
- slightly raises in DPS for 2h Frost when talented into Plague Leech (got 1k more than before the change after 15 million damage done in my testing ... while testing with 10 million damage done the change will raise your dps by 2-3k dps (heavily depends on your current gear, lower gear levels / no bis stats results in lower dps gains)s

when i was using a grind spot.. i noticed that the bot wont use deathpact, even though i have it on.
my dk even died a couple of times just by doing nothing.

not sure what is wrong, i'v used the same cr a couple of hours back and it was working fine.

lvl 100 Dreanei dk, Unholy

will examine the log, but there won't be an update within the next days (holidays)
there hasn't been changed anything yet since the last 4 days (last change was approved on 12/19/2014 1:53:55 AM)

so my latest changes from today, weren't online while u had the issues

thanks to your log i could fix some issues which i never encountered since i haven't used these settings


  • fixed a bug in Interrupt handler (channeled casts were never interrupted)
  • fixed a bug in Itemhandler (if items were null, it threw an exception)
  • fixed a bug in Damage Tracker (copy and paste is bad)
  • fixed a possible bug in DiseasesRemaining
  • added DnD and Defile to automated rotation (frost) for Grinding, Questing, and so on

I had a problem using this routine, it has no problem few days ago, but now whenever I load this profile, and then I alt-tabbed through the game my wow crashed.
Error #132, and the honorbuddy just closed since it couldn't detect any game.
But when i use other routine, no problem at all.
 
Not sure if im doing something wrong with my profile but im doing like 5k less dps with this than i am with tuanha paid version

Did you make sure to enable your cooldowns (alt Q) and AoE rotation (alt E) when necessary?

Latest changes were still not live while u tested/had issues.


The approval on store Takes up to 3 Business days.

As soon as u get v1.0.1.59 displayed,your issues should be gone

No log,no help.

Alt-tabbing is a very very rare Issue,not related to the Routine. As far as i know the hb staff is looking for someone with this Issue who would like to give them Access to his Computer by using teamviewer to get this fixed.
 
While testing some general stuff, i found one or to more things that could be fixed (not yet pushed to the store since i'm still investigating one more issue atm)

There was / is a general bug with Empower Rune Weapon and some other checks for settings, which currently not really affect the dps, they throw an exception / error every now and then, but routine still works fine.

The issue i'm currently investigating is on questing/grinding, when the toon dies ... currently the ghost is not released (encountered that issue with Grind Buddy / Grind Bot), i'm working on it right now.
 
Hi Stormchasing what settings do you use at Simcraft?
I use the default settings the only thing I changed was the lenght to 600sec and Simcraft shows me 27k dps with Necro I do 20k did I something wrong with the settings?
I put cooldowns to true and aoe
Frost DK 2H

well ... simcraft is a bit tricky to use because
- default settings assumes some debuffs that u won't have when testing on your own (not in a raidgroup)
- assumes you will have Bloodlust / Heroism used in combat
- assumes you are using flask and bufffood
- assumes you are using a Potion as prepot
- assumes you are using the Army as precombat buff

from your log i can see u didn't:
- use potion as prepot (precombat buff)
- u didn't pull out your army (precombat buff)

and from reading this i assume (can't see it from log, since we don't log this stuff) u didn't:
- use flask
- use buff food

all of this explains the difference between simcrafted dps and necrophilia dps.
so without setting up your simcraft correctly and removing some lines (not possible to setup directly as far as i know) from your action list, u won't ever hit the same dps with necrophilia
