1. The same as every other bot, which isn't a great deal. The devs would see/hear of the change and take hb/gb offline right away if there were any such patches.
2. LuaNinja was unprotected therefore asking for trouble. It's a shame how things went for it, seems cypher made an error somewhere in his coding, these things happen. Either that or warden did infact update itself and catch them out, I forgot, didn't read up on it much. Anyway, he stated from the start that he beleived his code would protect luaninja unless warden patched itself but he couldn't be certain.
Anyway, hacks are treated differently to bots. Especially hacks that enable use of protected lua functions. It destroyed arena for a good while lol.
3. As far as I know, yes. Other than covering their tracks code-wise and monitoring warden for changes, this and a tripwire are the only precautions any bot can make against warden at this time.
They didnt make a error in there coding from what i was reading in the thread, warden did a silent update and detected them were cypher/kynox was not monitoring ( or something along the lines), you seem to have answed all my question's in good detail, thank's
