Glider had more then 2 if not more banwaves. HB had none. GB had 1. get your facts right.

Glider was ok for it's time, but it had it's issues.
The buddy suite is great. We get constant updates, new features, improved features. We have a tripwire, a great community that help and support each other.
On top of that, the devs are some of the best guys when it comes to WoW nowadays. On many hacking/coding forums, not just limited to WoW ones, they are well known and looked up to.

Frankly, we have it pretty good, glider aint got nothin' on the buddy products ;D.

I love HB/GB but you can't say "it wasn't our fault" lol then who was it? I'm pretty sure it wasn't mine.
and yeah I know the whole story.

I have 5 Glider Lifetime Subs but I was reading in the forums that WHEN it come back it will be just like before and that Glider isn't better than HB.
Right now there's nothing that (public) is better than HB/GB. Glider will be it's only competition.... and you know competition is good.

The bad thing about glider is that more people know abut it... so it will have more customers which is bad imo.. as Blizzard will try new ways to get those users banned.

When I used Glider I prepared myself for 1 Banwave per year.
With HB/GB I don't haven't to worry about that.

I'll be sticking with HB/GB because when Glider got shut down Hawker and Boss helped me out and let me use GB when it was Private. With out them I would of been fucked with my 15 wow accounts doing nothing.

Oh god tony don't bring that back up lol. Oh how I miss my classic account, I had SUCH a cool character name at that time. But gosh it was fun fooling around with lua.

*Tony's story short*
We used almost exactly the same address as LuaFoo did for something. LuaFoo pissed off blizz. Blizz went for it, as we used a very similar address, literally, so close they could've been siamese twins, GB was caught in the crossfire. tl;dr. Banwave occured for both programs. Tripwire came shortly after blizz went after LuaFoo.

Basically, it was really bad luck, or a *great minds think alike* thing in terms of coding. lol.

Yes Tony I know the whole story trust me. I knew Buddy was hit even before it happened. Hawker told me that there was a "high" chance GB/HB was detected. So I got all my gold out of those accounts lol.
It always has to be somebody's fault tho. It wasn't mine. It wasn't Blizzards... so that leaves?

Anyways not trying to start shit. I just thought it was funny :)

I was also hit in the banwave but Hawker and Bossland had the common decency to own up and appoligise to there customer's before blizz pressed the mass tidal wave of ban's button :) i saved all my gold when they said GB could of been hit and BANG 5 mins when i transfer all my gold to my raid guild bank my account got banned lol

Also back on topic, Glider could of been getting updated when blizz shut them down, the courts stopped them from selling the product but didnt say anything about them not being able to update there product if they were to win the court case, I think myself that Glider is way behind on HB's level now but things can easily change.
 
Well looking at facts:

With glider (ppather sure but w/e) I was able to bot for days without problems.
Since the "HB2" development here I have never been able to (HonorBuddy)bot for more then 5-6hours without a crash or similar.
Gatherbuddy however is working like a charm.

So the question is a no-brainer for me.

Quick gold: Gatherbuddy
Leveling etc: Glider (if the rumor is true).
 
Glider was far better at PVP and from what I understand, had security which no other bot comes close to.
