sheesh give me a break. An annual report is for share holders and is not any sort of law stating they must disclose anything to the public. You are the public as am I and we are not shareholders of those therefore nothing has to be disclosed to us. But once disclosed, many are shown to the public too. But that doesn't make it a law. There is this thing also called the privacy acts. Don't' forget about that either. It's not a law that says: "Hey, you as a company, have to disclose everything to John Q. Public". or "You as a company have to give all information that John Q. Public wants when they ask for it". It's not there because there is no law that specifically says that in any way.

I'm not even a lawyer and I can see that the Annual Report isn't a law made for John Q. Public.

On July 25, 2013, Activision Blizzard announced the purchase of 429 million shares from owner Vivendi for $5.83 billion, dropping the shareholder from a 63% stake to just 12% by the end of the deal in September. Following the conclusion of the deal, Activision Blizzard will become an independent company as majority of the shares will be owned by the public. Bobby Kotick, along with Brian Kelly and other investors such as Tencent will own a 24.9% stake in the company. In addition, Kotick will remain the President and CEO, with Brian Kelly taking over as the Chairman ....... via Activision Blizzard - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

the parent company is a publicly traded company so therefor these reports will go out to the public, yes typically shareholders will receive this info first but only as an summarized update but maybe only about a week or two before the report is put out to the public. I work for a publicly traded company while i can not buy shares into the company due to insider information, we hold quarterly meetings in which this information is released to us before anyone else. management also uses this as a practice presentation for the board of our shareholders which is usually the week after and then the financial portion of the report is made public by the start of week following their board meeting. with that cleared up time for your other retarded statements....

No one said blizzard or wow would close tomorrow. people have said blizzard is going down meaning they will lose this fight in court. (whether that happens or not we shall see in the long run.) WoW however will die it probably wont be tomorrow or by mid next year but WoW will die. whether they get rid of the botters or add new content or not it will happen. player numbers are already on the decline it doesnt matter what they do WoW itself has already peaked. WoW is old tech. now, yeah its had a good long run and its still going for now, but whether by blizzards hand or someone elses there will be another mmo that grabs a majority of the market. in example if blizzards project titan is an mmo, blizzard could kill off their own game to recapture everyone back onto one of their games, or maybe a game like ESO will come along and do it. This is how the world works. you are obviously like 15 and havnt seen this cycle happen time and time again across all gaming platforms and genres and this doesnt just happen in the gaming community. no matter how hard u rant on here or want it to not be so WoW is already dying start looking for the next big thing.

that is a whole another bot then honorbuddy it wont happn to hb

That's what users of Glider and PG used to say. If you look at the scoreboard, Blizzard's legal team has a pretty formidable track record.

This year's Blizzcon will convince me if WoW will die or not.

WoW is still the number one MMORPG by far on the market. It's not going anywhere anytime soon. Everquest has a fraction of the subscriber base as WoW and they continue to crank out the expansions. Worst case scenario, WoW will convert to some kind of Free to Play system like all the other MMO's have done.

i know but glider was usa this european so?

Yes, but money talks. The fact that Blizzard can pay 650,000 Euros to prevent the sale of HB in Germany while the court case proceeds means that EU is not a safe haven from Blizzard's attorneys. If I remember correctly, Blizzard getting an injunction against Glider was pretty much the beginning of the end.

You forget that the cases against Bossland GMBH started more than 2 years ago, and what? We are still botting smooth!

You can't compare glider to honorbuddy. Glider actively modified wow files to hide, so just from that point MDY was fucked. Honorbuddy isn't modifying files.

Soooo i wonder should i return to wow? I haven't "played" wow for 2 years now. How HB changed? So blizzard playing dead bug in this court thing?

it wil be fine honorbuddy wont be shutdown like other bots because honorbuddy doesend do anything illigal

So Honorbuddy will be going free to use in Germany due to it not being allowed to sell in Germany?
Or at least this is what I take from it.

I'm stunned why Blizzard is fighting this stupid thing. I mean sure, it "affects" their game but they can't prove that they actually lose money from people botting. As the matter of fact, they should be getting more money since there is loads of players that bot with several accounts. Now sure, they will say - Yeah but, the players get sick of botters and quit the game. I say - Prove it, prove that players QUIT the game and UNSUBSCRIBE because there are botters in the game.
I'm pretty sure they can't prove this and all they have is that Bossland is making money out of Blizzards game without permission. But even with this it's not right that Bossland should take the hit since there are LOADS of Goldselling, Farming and Leveling services out there, why are they not fighting them? If I was the judge deciding here I would in all honesty deny Blizzard this ban of sales because a company with their resources should be fighting all these services and companies making money out of their game. And until they do that, there is no reason they should be allowed to march in and just close a business down without fighting them all. It's not a massive problem until they decide to fight all of the illegal services that allegedly "ruin" their income.

I been reading up on who blizzards lawyers are Intellectual Property Lawyers Phoenix | Scottsdale AZ Patent & Trademark Attorneys and they are good at what they do very high end lawyers Multi Million dollar Lawyers that work for Fortune 500 Company's

Not sure if they are doing Bosslands case for blizzard but omg he is screwed if they
You seems to forget, this is not US!
We are in Europe, and the Law is very different, and you cannot bruteforce the court with a Super-duper attorney, the american style!

Where do you think the gold comes

Where do u think the gold comes from bud chinese dont farm they buy it cheap from botters like me and most others and then sell it to people who actually play wow. the bot is the main problem for blizzard but it does nothing that breaks laws just tos contracts.

P.S i havent played the games in months but my bot runs 5 days a week they should thank honorbuddy for me still playing:cool:
