sheesh give me a break. An annual report is for share holders and is not any sort of law stating they must disclose anything to the public. You are the public as am I and we are not shareholders of those therefore nothing has to be disclosed to us. But once disclosed, many are shown to the public too. But that doesn't make it a law. There is this thing also called the privacy acts. Don't' forget about that either. It's not a law that says: "Hey, you as a company, have to disclose everything to John Q. Public". or "You as a company have to give all information that John Q. Public wants when they ask for it". It's not there because there is no law that specifically says that in any way.
I'm not even a lawyer and I can see that the Annual Report isn't a law made for John Q. Public.

In addition, Kotick will remain the President and CEO, with Brian Kelly taking over as the Chairman ....... via Activision Blizzard - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
the parent company is a publicly traded company so therefor these reports will go out to the public, yes typically shareholders will receive this info first but only as an summarized update but maybe only about a week or two before the report is put out to the public. I work for a publicly traded company while i can not buy shares into the company due to insider information, we hold quarterly meetings in which this information is released to us before anyone else. management also uses this as a practice presentation for the board of our shareholders which is usually the week after and then the financial portion of the report is made public by the start of week following their board meeting. with that cleared up time for your other retarded statements....
No one said blizzard or wow would close tomorrow. people have said blizzard is going down meaning they will lose this fight in court. (whether that happens or not we shall see in the long run.) WoW however will die it probably wont be tomorrow or by mid next year but WoW will die. whether they get rid of the botters or add new content or not it will happen. player numbers are already on the decline it doesnt matter what they do WoW itself has already peaked. WoW is old tech. now, yeah its had a good long run and its still going for now, but whether by blizzards hand or someone elses there will be another mmo that grabs a majority of the market. in example if blizzards project titan is an mmo, blizzard could kill off their own game to recapture everyone back onto one of their games, or maybe a game like ESO will come along and do it. This is how the world works. you are obviously like 15 and havnt seen this cycle happen time and time again across all gaming platforms and genres and this doesnt just happen in the gaming community. no matter how hard u rant on here or want it to not be so WoW is already dying start looking for the next big thing.
