If I was the judge deciding here I would in all honesty deny Blizzard this ban of sales because a company with their resources should be fighting all these services and companies making money out of their game. And until they do that, there is no reason they should be allowed to march in and just close a business down without fighting them all. It's not a massive problem until they decide to fight all of the illegal services that allegedly "ruin" their income.
