But the question is - wouldn't they HAVE to give out the evidence or the reason they base their bans on, at least in Europe? I found it quite interesting what Icu wrote in his thread about the european data law. I can not believe that they can ban you, but refuse to give out the REASON why they banned you, or give out the information about WHAT information they exactly gathered from you. There are countries in Europe where you have to PROVE your evidence, just saying "I have evidence, but I won't show you" would not work in those countries.
I have no idea about laws and all this, there are people who know this better. But it somehow feels weird to me that they can do this just as they like, only by claiming they have evidence, but not proving it!
(This is not about unbanning accounts or anything, I'm really just talking about giving out the reason, a hard fact, on which they base their bans)
