Feature Request: Would it be possible to add Traveler's Tundra Mammoth as vendor/repair to the grind profiles?

Grind profiles do not support the use of the commands needed for Tundra Mammoth.

Your best bet would be to find a plugin..

If you cant find one you can pm me and I'll make it for you.

Ok. I am just returning to honorbuddy after two years, so I am re learning everything, so please bear with me. I downloaded the profile, and it is amazing, but both my druid and rogue are having problems with pulling distance. There pull distance is set to 100. how do I change this?

In the Horde BC profile I have the following error/bug:

It checks for the quest-starter item Drain Schematics and then does it, when you have it, but if you don't have it, it still wants to do the other 2 quests in the chain, "Warning the Cenarion Circle" and "Return to the Marsh"
Since the dropchance for the quest-starter item is approx 10% I think it should be good if it checks for quest completion of "Drain Schematics" first

My toon kept flying between thrallmar and the blavk portal for half an hour before i realized what was going on. I found the following block in BC 58-70, lines 1644-1655. They don't make much sense to me, since the ifs and the while condition all check for the same value.

<While Condition="Me.MapId == 0" >
<If Condition="Me.MapId == 0" >
<MoveTo X="-11895.44" Y="-3206.936" Z="-14.64132" />
<CustomBehavior File="WaitTimer" WaitTime="1000" />
</If>
<If Condition="Me.MapId == 0" >
<CustomBehavior File="MyCTM" X="-11908.09" Y="-3208.854" Z="-14.83002" />
<CustomBehavior File="WaitTimer" WaitTime="1000" />
</If>
<If Condition="Me.MapId == 0" >
<CustomBehavior File="WaitTimer" WaitTime="15000" />
</If>
</While>

But the real problem are those lines:
<If Condition="HasQuest(10289)" >
<MoveTo X="-176.4199" Y="1028.531" Z="54.17289" />
<CustomBehavior File="ForcedDismount" />
<CustomBehavior File="InteractWith" MobId="18930" InteractByGossipOptions="1"
X="-176.4199" Y="1028.531" Z="54.17289" />
</If>
Normally, the the toon gets the quest, Journey to Thrallmar, talks to the npc, and goes to Thrallmar. But I stopped HB in Thrallmar to change the hearth location. So the next time, when HB checked for the different conditions, it found
<If Condition="HasQuest(10289)" >
to be true, so it went back to The Black Portal. And since all the other conditions never got to be true, ik just kept flying back and forth. All This because
<If Condition="HasQuest(10289) && IsQuestCompleted(10289)" >
<TurnIn QuestName="Journey to Thrallmar" QuestId="10289" TurnInName="General Krakork" TurnInId="19255" />
<CustomBehavior File="DeleteItems" Ids="10593, 11184, 11185, 11186, 11188, 11315, 12435, 20404, 12820, 13158, 13159, 16790, 52074, 62916" />
<CustomBehavior File="ForceSetVendor" DoSell="True" DoRepair="True" DoMail="True" />
</If>
The condition in line 1686 should be the opposite:
<If Condition="HasQuest(10289) && !IsQuestCompleted(10289)" >

Honorbuddy Goal : "Goal: Picking Up Quest - R?cht diese Gr?ueltat! : QuestID - 12006 : To - Ethenial Moonshadow : ID - 26501" (Quest Name is in german due to me having german client)

Problem : Bot tries to attack Ethenial Moonshadow instead of interacting and accepting the quest.

Edit : Bot had to accept/turn in a quest. I stopped the bot and did it manually, bot continued working properly until it faced Ethenial Moonshadow again. It tried to attack him with Hemmorhage.

Hey i'm back with another bug. Even though i deleted all my cashes and followed the guide another bug appeared. This time i decided to go diving into the code to see if thee was any errors, because I was repeatedly asking for quest and leaving. This reminded me of recursive loops that have incorrect terminating conditions that loop forever. Low and behold when i looked at the code, the command for picking up the quest "Kicking ness, and Taking manes" was commented out of the code. I am planning on completing the quest amnualy and progressing form there.

The quest was commented for several reasons:
  • Your quest helper, Nass, tends to die easily when doing this quest.
    When he does, we have to go back to the quest-giver and get him again.

  • If you kill more-than-one mob at a time, Nass gets confused
    So, we have to keep things very serialized, which is against Honorbuddy's nature when working in tandem with an NPC.

  • If Honorbuddy loots the corpse before Nass has interacted with it, then things go sideways
    Again, this is against Honorbuddy's nature, and we have to prevent Honorbuddy from looting until Nass has done his thing.
Due to all the problems associated with this quest, we just commented it out for now. It will take a somewhat complex custom quest behavior to solve this problem competently.

The commenting out of this quest should not be interfering with your ability to progress. From your log, we see this:
[00:38:46.175 N] Moving to Type: QuestPickUp
[00:38:47.592 D] InteractDebug:512252960
[00:38:47.606 D] Interact Done:512252960
[00:38:50.282 D] InteractDebug:512252960
[00:38:50.294 D] Interact Done:512252960

This looks like classic cache corruption, and perhaps you missed clearing one of the caches correctly? The full procedure for succeeding at cache cleaning is outlined in this article:

Also I wanted to ask if there was away to skip forward quest because I'm a 76 pally yet trying to complete 74 quest. It seems like if i stayed with my level i would go quicker.
The answer to this question is provided by this article:

When I was doing the plaguelands quests it worked fine straight up till I lvled to 40 then it switched to the training mount script to get the next mount training however it does not move. Another issue is that because I do not have the required gold to buy the next mount training, it will no longer continue questing... is there a way to remove it wanted to do mount training?

Hi, Jack2727, and thanks for the log.

It looks like you were not moving because you were downloading 'tiles'...

Just let the process complete, and you should be good. This make take a while, as to go train riding for some factions requires a few minutes sometimes, since very very large distances can be involved.

While doing the quest [Into the Raptor's Den], my character just runs between two waypoints forever. I get bombarded with this:

Funny enough, I noticed others walking the exact same paths and having the same issue.

Hi, Omorashi, and thanks for the report and log.

It looks like the problem may be a bad quest override. We've captured the issue to Known Bugs List: Classic 1-58 for now, and will have to examine the problem the next time we get a toon through the area.

[UPDATE 30-Dec-2013 03:11 UTC by chinajade]: Thanks to MaxMuster, this problem has been repaired in v2997.

It looks like there is a problem with your Honorbuddy installation, and it is not even finishing its initialization process.

You have also installed Kick's profiles inside your Honorbuddy directory tree, and this is a no-no:

[05:34:23.267 N] Compiler Error: c:\Users\*****\Documents\HonorBuddy\Plugins\Kick's Profiles\Kick's Profiles\Useful Stuff\Non Questing Plugins\Pbuddy\Pbuddy.cs(15,15) : error CS0101: The namespace 'DHXPickBuddy' already contains a definition for 'DHXPickBuddyNM'

Installing non-plugin things in the Plugins directory (or other inappropriate Honorbuddy directories), confuses Honorbuddy to no end. Please see the red text in this article to get Kick's profiles installed someplace appropriate:

At this point, I'd do a 'clean install'. You can find the instructions here:

Just a heads up on a bug. The quest Loken's Order after it listens to the speech trys to mount but the disguise counts as a shapeshift so you can't mount up.

Hi, [email protected],

Thank you for this information, but without a log, we cannot take corrective actions. We'll try to keep an eye out for the problem, the next time we're through the area.

cheers,
chinajade

I've noticed this through multiple updates and fresh installs, its not a major problem as long as you babysit, but on the skinning profiles, alliance side, when the toon goes to stormwind to train the next skinning level, it doesn't click the skinning trainer, but stands right in from of her, sometimes it does click on her but it never trains the skill. As soon as I highlight the skill training for the bot, it auto-buys the next skill level. Probably a small bug you could fix, just heads up! Other then that, leveling has worked with 11 level 90s great work man!

Hi, Durtyxthurty, and thank you for this.

We've captured the issue to the Known Bugs List: Miscellaneous (Rep, Seasonal, etc).

cheers,
chinajade

Goal: Picking Up Quest - Proving Your Strength : QuestID - 10479 : To - Warden Bullrok : ID - 18407

Quest doesnt exist anymore, idk if anyone still monitors this thread, but my bot continually stands in front of this npc. have even quested ahead myself.

Hi, Jkiest9,

WoWhead is not reporting this quest (Proving Your Strength - Quest - World of Warcraft) as deprecated. And, without a log, we are unable to take action.

This Quest are still there. The Problem is that when your Char is under LvL 65, it cant PickUp it, because this Quest Requires Level 65.

Proving Your Strength - Quest - World of Warcraft?
MaxMuster is spot on with this. If you are short the experience, that can be caused by cache corruption. If you believe this to be the case, then this article will help you straighten it out:

The profile pack provides more than enough experience for you to properly pick up the quests when arriving at the quest giver. The other possibility is you skipped content provided by the profile pack that it wanted to do. If this is the case, you will need to reclaim that missing experience, or your questing will continue to encounter problems such as this.

Please see this article for more information:
