HB ARCHIVES: Honorbuddy Profile Pack--DO NOT DELETE!

My character is lvl 43 starting this profile from buddy store and it keeps going to Feralas to continue questing there.. why it isn't moving to a higher level questing zone?

it says these a problem with 2023 what do i do

I've seen this before on testers.

Other players in the area are causing the NPC to despawn by completing a quest.
Once the quest is completed by a player, the NPC will despawn and has a very very slow respawn timer.

This issue is due to poor quest design by Blizzard.
After a while of waiting, the NPC should eventually spawn.

I'll probably end up removing this quest from the profile since it's so poorly designed by Blizzard that it's not worth doing.

Quest in Netherstorm, level 68, "Sigil of Krasus"
Bot places you in an area slightly too far away, the target "Spellbinder Maryana" is walking around and the bot doesnt target/attack her.
Needs either a bigger range to target her or moving closer to where she is.

nope , i still have to click the surveying equipment manually (after i pause/stop the bot) for the cinematic to kick in

Yea, I had a tester run through and fix it yesterday.

Do you have a full log of this?

If you're loading this from the store, then you may need to clear your cache.
This is explained on the "Question and Answer" thread linked on the main post.
 
I'll be addressing all quest issues once I wake back up.

Hello all,

I basically wanted my level 100 to start questing as if he was a level 1 guy so I can get some rep and what not, but all my toon does is stand there and keeps opening and closing the quest dialog endlessly but does not accept the quest. I was using the 1-12 Human Alliance profile and I have even tried to 1-5 profile as well.

I also tried loading the Northrend profile just to do Northrend and it would not. I did not get anything on the output screen either except a giant list of all the repair vendors.

Setting & Tools / override settings / check "Ignore checkpoints"
But im not sure its working as intended atm...

Other option is download profiles and edit them. Open in text editor, search for:
PHP: 
 <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckpoints="false">
change it to
PHP: 
 <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckpoints="true">

then load edited profile in quest bot.

Two of my characters got stuck at the quest "the riders bind". I found them both with 3 out of the 4 objects completed but both standing in the heroic dungeon version of the jade temple. (I guess they got zoned out and re-entered ending up in the normal instance version and not the quest version).

Also; using teamviewer I deleted the quest hoping it would pick up the quest again but it ran straigt into the heroic again. Log attached.

Hmm, it may be a bit hard to trace this one down with just a log file.
I'll send a tester on it to see what comes of it.

Quests in Sholozar Basin are buggy as hell atm. Ran into same issues with my ally-paladin. Apart from that it doesn't always recognize its "quest mates" who should follow you up (sometimes quest mates even disappear and the bot's stuck in a loop) and therefore you have to complete these questst manually. This post is related to esbe1236. My char tried to interact with NPC "Elder harkek" (Frenzyheart Tribe) and died MANY times. Something's broken in the whole quest-chain, it seems.

The only one reported before in this is "Return to Sentinel Hill" - which I blindly edited that one to turn into Aunduin instead of the now deceased king.
I've updated a line of code that was missed last time. It should fix this.

For "Deploy the Shake-n-Quake!" - can you confirm whether or not the item is in your inventory?
Currently there's a Blizzard-end bug where quest items won't show up in your backpack when you first start the quest.

For "SI:7 Report: Fire From the Sky" - I'll need to get a tester on this.
This quest isn't handled by profile logic - instead, relies on a quest behavior.

The rest should be fixed in the latest version.

Did you quest at all manually prior to running the questing pack?
