[Guide] Using the store, trouble shooting and streaming products

is anyone getting stuck at "Please wait a few seconds while honobuddy initializes", if i enable stream for enyo it gets stuck for gods how long..

if i disable it it from buddy shop it works just fine.....

is there anyway i can just download the bot instead of having it to stream.
 
Is there a way to "clean up/ wipe" the old routines, that I´ve got only as a trial?

Example: I´ve tried Demonic Premium. After the trial period, it´s still under my purchased products. How can i wipe this one, out of my list.
I bought the premium version after the trial and now there are both ones (bought+ expired) in my list. I´d like to clean my purchased list.

I got a free combat routine through the store but i have issues activating it. It is enabled through store but i never get to choose it over singular. Is there something obvious I'm missing? How do i activate this routine to take precedence over the standard singular?

So my honorbuddy does this everytime I open it I've redownloaded a few times deleted and remade folders and it still just does this, Anyone got an answer?

Same issue here and not just with this routine. can't choose any other routine but only Singular.
Fresh install of HB adn even PC did not fix this.

EDIT:

fixed it by downloading the correct routines. it seems alot of the routines are outdated. that was the issue.

I am a long time user of this bot. i have hade it for years ... But now i have a problem. The email i used when i registered for the first time is no longer in use. I have my key ( wont write it here ;)). but i need it to be linked to my new email or i wont be able to buy stuff on buddystore. anyone know where to turn for help about this?

I have the SAME problem. Been using HB for 2+ years. Never thought Id need the same EMAIL to setup a STORE account later on. I emailed support before and all I got for a response was "you need to use the same email account you bought HB with." Thats not really helping.

Do I really have to buy HB AGAIN....just so I can buy premium CRs?
 
So I have been using the Paladin routine for a few weeks now just fine until this morning.

Now I can't get the routine to work for my Holy spec but it still works just fine for Retribution.

I'll get it all loaded, make sure the settings are the way I like them and have been using it, then whenever I'm in a dungeon it just stands there and will not cast any spells.

What am I doing wrong???

Not sure how to set my hbrelog to use TuanHa automatically, if i start the bot alone i manually select it, it works, when i set in the hbrelog TuanHAMonkWoD at Custom Class it still chooses singular, what am i doing wrong?
 
I am having a bit of an issue, I purchased 3 keys at the same time on the same email. Now whenever I get something from the store I can only get it for one key, meaning if I download the kicks 90-100 pack I can use it on one bot key but I cant get it for my other 2 keys, is there any way to fix this or am I stuck leveling one toon at a time because I cant get 3 questing packs?
 
Hello. I still can't log on to buddy store. Says that my password/username combo is incorrect, which I am 100% sure is...
 
You guys charged my credit card twice with a product i bought on August 2014.
 
Hi I ordered bg farmer and it was fine but now the bg farmer which i purchased from buddy store no longer shows up in honorbuddy.

I just purchased the BGFarmer by MIllz. The first time I did it I received an error. The second time it went through fine and is in my Buddy Store. The only problem is my card was charged twice. Is there an email I should use to contact someone about it?
