[Guide] Using the store, trouble shooting and streaming products

Hello

I am a long time user of this bot. i have hade it for years ... But now i have a problem. The email i used when i registered for the first time is no longer in use. I have my key ( wont write it here ;)). but i need it to be linked to my new email or i wont be able to buy stuff on buddystore. anyone know where to turn for help about this?

I have the same problem. Only a pink static bar appears but nothing more - when I click on "My purchases", it's empty. I don't see any answer, can you help me please ?
Can not buy me anything

NEED HELP!!!! GIVE ANSWER PLZ!!!

make sure u're using the same sccount as the one your HB key is attached to

please read my above post.
this red area is known to appear when your store account has no HB Key attached to it.
simply use the same account as the one your HB key is attached to (hint: log into buddyauth.com using your store account and see if it shows an active HB license)

if not you've registered your HB key on a different account.

the HB Support Team can help you to merge your keys to the right account
 
i wanted to buy some cc´s and plugins, but when i want to pay per paypal it says that the payment wont work. is it a gate2shop issue and can i send my money at other ways then over the shop?
PS: i have enough money on paypal and i am not from germany

Well, how can I merge them? I have the key - I was buying, but account Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal - just created. Please help me!

Hey, i have bought some stuff in the Store, how i get it into my HB installation? I Enter my Key and normally it downloads all automatic but it didnt
 
was wondering if the buddy store and demonic was able to stream yet says i own the routine but i can't get it to download or show under the drop down profile thing any help would be awsome thanks

on computer 1 i use kicks profiles on 2 chars works as it should, which is really well.

on computer 2 i use hb and when i got to "load profile -> from buddy store," it only loads a select few profiles, and not the ones i need, tried everything even transfering the excact folder that works on pc1 and still no luck
 
Problems with all TuanHa routines
In the store it say i own TuanHA Hunter [Free Edition]
If i start my hunter i cant see it, only singular, and the paid version that open up a link in webbrowser ( same goes for all free TuanHA)
Even if i go to the store through HB and check it say i have Already obtained TuanHA Hunter [Free Edition]
do i load it from any other place or should it show up on startup?

Hello, I am having trouble logging into buddyauth.
I have tried resetting the password. When i try logging in with the new password and a username of my email address i am unable to log in.
When i try resend activation email, it says no account exists. When i go to register, and use my email address in the field along with a unique new username it says, ' there is already an account registered with this email address'.

Please help
