[Guide] Using the store, trouble shooting and streaming products

Hello team, I have an issue with a refund on the Buddy Store.

Is there someone specific I should email, or can someone PM me?
 
Hi there, recently gotten my head around the Buddy Store, have watched all videos and guides etc but still can't seem to get it to 'obtain' the free profiles I am clicking on. Whenever I click on the 'Obtain Free' button, it simply loads for a few seconds, then a small red bar appears above the button. I check to see my 'purchases' and nothing is there. Any ideas? Could it be something wrong with my account like privacy settings etc?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I had the exact same problem a few days ago. It turned out that my buddyauth accound didn't have a honorbuddy key attached to it... So i simply signed up to buddyauth using the email that I used when buyiung the bot...

I bought a bot bgfarmer, payment is made through webmoney. After buying accidentally clicked refund. I want to ask you to cancel the refund. If it is not technically possible, I would like to bring back the funds and re-buy it.

When loading profile from Buddy Store, the Buddy Store Profile Browser window open with empty content. I check my purchase profile from buddy store and it's there and enable to stream. Please help.
 
be precise does the text say "enable" or is the product enabled (green background)? the button will say what happens if you click it , not the current state.
 
I have opened several emails to support, but I was wondering if the community might be of some help to resolve my issue....I simply cannot remember the email address I used when I purchased Honorbuddy lifetime many years ago. As such, I am now unable to access the BuddyStore for anything which is really frustrating as you can imagine.

So my question is this: Am I now stuck and unable to use the BuddyStore, or is there help available for me? Many thanks to those that help :)

Go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the email you used to purchase honorbuddy. Afterwards log in with that email, on the buddystore, and it should work

i tried out this, i logged in to buddyauth with the same loginname like store and its also the same emailadress, under sessions i cannot find my key? what is the problem? i want to "filter" the key but there is nothing
(when i want to obtain for free there is only a red bar )
 
the red bar is a layout issue, if there is no valid key for for that auth-account you won't be able to buy/enable any product
 
is everything in the buddystore completely not downloadable anymore? is there some way I can get, for example, Kick's 1-90 profile pack to appear in a folder on my comp just like it used to. So i can open a profile in a text editor, and for example change "sell white items" to FALSE, or get rid of a quest it's stuck on, or some waypoints that are causing problems. I mean a LOT of profiles (especially professionbuddy) have settings you are supposed to change inside the xml file, and since there are no settings inside HB for questing etc profiles, how will we be doing that if the files never appear on our computer?

I understand for paid profiles maybe the authors don't want us to touch their stuff at all, but for free ones like Kick's or PureRotation is there any consideration to let us just download them if we wish, exactly the same way it's always been till the day they moved to the buddy store?
 
Bought bgfarmer and accidentally clicked refund. It's been 2 weeks but the money back so they can not. Use the bot can not either. Solve this problem please.
 
Is the buddy store down? Every time I go to it after I log-in, it goes to a white screen and says: Page Generated in 12345 seconds...
 
Hi, I have a problem, I can not download from this link from this site "http://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=235" - displays - "Error. An error occurred while processing your request". Where else can I download it? Thanks for the help!

If you bought a boat and then pressed the refund, then later you can buy it again?
 
This doesn't work at all with Buddy Store
Tried to restart Honorbuddy several times without any luck.

Edit: Seems it was a plugin and not a profile, works fine :P
