[Guide] Using the store, trouble shooting and streaming products

I am unable to use the buddystore or profiles through the buddystore, what is happening ??
it is a problem if all the routines or profiles are attached and the buddy plant, we can no longer use honorbuddy (at least, things attached to itself),
so we just found a limit to this system which can be very annoying ....

Is there a method to download the buddy store addons so you can use them without being able to connect to the store?

Same here, Can't access any purchased things in the bot since this morning. Just after I installed the new version of HB. Worked fine yesterday with the slightly older version though.

Any claryfication on that?
 
Cannot access the buddystore. I bought both Richie's Disc and Holy. Holy shows up when bot starts as a choice for profile. Disc does not. If I load Holy, it starts fine. But if I stop the bot and try to load another profile (Disc) or even Holy again... the BuddyStore does not access... if I close the buddystore window then the main window just says "profile loading".

Similarly if I reload game and HB, and then when given a choice of which profile I "cancel"... then go to main window to load through the BuddyStore I get no buddystore profiles coming up at all.

So:
1. Disc I bought not loading.
2. BuddyStore seems not accessible.
 
Hi I've just purchased AA buddy 1 month sessian , and i cnat get access to any free plugins , message says i dont have AA key on my Buddyauth account , while i do have . Pls need help
 
While trying to select a questing profile from the buddy team release (via streaming from the store), the WoD pack doesn't show up. I have all the other expansions showing up except WoD. It has been like this for a few days now and i have tried multiple trouble shooting solutions that don't seem to have any affect. Anyone know why this is happening?
 
I can not log in to the buddy store? i can log onto HB go to the store and find a profile i want to download. once i try to obtain it wants me to log into the buddy store but will not accept my information. any thoughts?
 
Hi I Have prob hb will not load on my notebook had issues before but since new hb update just sits there trying to load if I turn off all my free and paid profiles hb works Np turned on 1 fist work ok turn next 1 hb loaded but when to use buttler wow crashers and this is only on notebook works fine on main computer any Idea? thank you Larry PS only using 1 computer at a time

problem with the store

hey ther. i got a problem that i have being tryning to short out, but with no luck. when i buy a profile og plugin in the store, then it don't show up in my honorbuddy. i tryed to reinstall it and remove the file under. buddy store. but nothing helps. plz help me out.

Hi, help me plz. Tuanha routine bought, but the folder is empty routine. The routine was bought, when there was no Buddystore. Then I received a gift key, brought him here. Routines are displayed in my purchases. However, an empty folder is routine.

Understood, it seems the problem is that the routine and HB are registered to different email addresses. As it is now to bridge them?

What is this store cache issue im hearing about and how do u fix it?
 
hey guys anything ive bought off the buddy store doesnt appear, as in when i restart honor buddy to chose a new routine it doesnt show and stays in singular, the routines are enabled and ive reinstalled honor buddy a few times, only difference from when it worked until todays date is ive recently updated to windows 10, could that be the issue?
 
Good morning, I am having an issue on the Buddystore where i am not able to purchase anything, it tells me the payment method has been declined even before it has let me choose one. This happens on everything i try to purchase. I recently purchased a CR from Millz which worked fine?

Any ideas whats going on?
 
Trying to create an account on buddyauth.com and it says "use same email used to purchase "key" " which is the email i'm trying to use to register. Something is wrong I emailed support and been talking to them all day with no luck. Can someone please help me have access to the store!!!
