lol wow fanboi

panda's are just too much for the mature people, while the daddies switch to tor and the kids linger about in wow they'll switch too to play on dad's account (kids got no money)
I don't see wow disappearing but tor will be equally big if not bigger. get used to it

Could we get some info of the progress with the bot :)? What are you planning it can do etc, thanks

There's still no way to know how big tor will be. Quit flexin.

I still don't see how a bot would be very good at this point unless it can focus on questing. Grinding isn't really worth it and the pvp seems pretty weak too. I could see that a space combat bot would be a decent way to level if you could get the scripts down since they are exactly the same every time.

Mmmm...

So... grinding = done.
Questing = nearly done.

Space combat = no thanks. Not for quite a while.
Professions = harvesting = done, crafting... not so much (yet)

I haven't seen the bot get stuck in a cutscene once. (Then again, we let the game deal with cutscenes for us ;))

Grinding in SWTOR isn't a viable way to level (they did so on purpose). There is a fully functional grind bot right now though (since its required to quest anyway).

Don't worry guys, we've got things under control, and are probably a bit further along than most think. (That's all you're getting out of me!)

What is this random ranting about?

Epic news.

I personally would kill just for a LazyRaider-ish functionality for optimizing combat rotations and healing. Of course, a customizable UI would help as well, but it looks like we'll have the game automated before I can move my actions bars and see if my DoT has fallen off without hunting for a half-inch square towards the bottom right of the screen.

i love space combats!
please please please devs!
try to implement space combat botting, its a would be a huge step for torbuddy

i have a feeling sometime soon apoc, is going to give us a vague/partially obscured screenshot just to tease us. haha.

looking forward to the goodies that the HB team has for us :D. Assuming it will run something like HB (or will eventually), i cant wait to get to making some CC's :)

In short, Diablo 3 or WoW: Pandas will kill swtor. It wasn't that profitable botting RIFT right?

I'm not fan boying, I just try to be objective:
WoW has reached its limits.
The current endgame content isn't fun anymore.
A lot of progress guilds simply quit WoW (not neccessarly to SWTOR).
Rift on the other hand is nothing but a WoW clone.
Elves, Dwarfs, Orcs, blablabla
A lot of people are fed up Fantasy.
On the other hand a lot of people LOVE the SW universe (far more than people even know about wow).

On the bright side:
Farming credits in SWTOR if you intend to do hardmode raiding is much like vanilla.
It's a pain.

I would not say SWTOR will die like Rift - it's something completely different.

I played the early access, I liked it, but surely got bored with it, doubt I'd buy it XD

Update #1: Price of currency has dropped by 75% (offers are like $10 per 1M credits) due to the following hacks/exploits:
- Infinite Mail Rewards Camping (autoit)
- Corellian Chest Camping (autoit)
- High Level Chest Bypass Camping (autoit)

-> You can get like 3M per hour (exploits have been hotfixed but gold laundered is still in circulation, Bioware is lousy at banning/rollback/tracking gold that comes out of nowhere unlike Blizzard)

Update #2: There is currently a cough cough pixel detection non-background autoit Battlegrounds/Warfront PvP bot in circulation.

Any idea how do we open two swtor launchers separately? Tried to open it but it detected that I had a current program being opened.

Vmware or innerspace. Both are not free software.

I tried with vmware but failed. Vmware works with WoW but gives a black screen for swtor. Not sure why.

No idea with innerspace.
