I'm going to give it another try today...and 3 days 6 hours to request a refund, sadly I wished this would work / it would get fixed but if not I'll have to go with a refund.

His response time is typically faster than the core buddy team - think you might need to check your version of reality.
I believe you need to check yours...
There are several issues with this "PAID" version that I have not seen ANY replies to addressing. There is so much manual intervention needed, one may as well just turn it off.

As I've said before, it's running fine for me (5 accounts, 60 toons) - I suspect there is a plugin or addon that is interfering with the operation of the bot, and that is the source of the issue.

Bot just stands next to the fire in the middle of the small buildings forever, not sure what it is waiting on, but does not move and just runs back when moved manually away.
EDIT: Ran up to collect garrison resources when they spawned, but ran right back down the stairs after, sitting in the same spot.

Do you have a building under construction?
Also, post a full log as an attachment - makes it a bit easier to actually see what's happening.

Okay this Bot base works great what you need to do when you are running it is Switch OFF all Addons and the run it then it works 100%!
This botbase is basically in same situation as his quest botbase, paid version (his botbase) beaten by the free public version(Garrison buddy, kick's quest pack).
It may sound promising, but truth is, it is just not as stable as the public version, not even close.
Seriously, People deserve refund. And this botbase should get off the shelf. It is not OK to sell this kind of semi-finished products in buddystore.

This bot base is a joke, running into the back of my salvage yard for 12 hours, have a 72 hour suspension for bot like activity. why even try sell something that inst finished. Out of the $400 i have spend in the buddy store this is by far the worst product i have ever seen. should be ashamed of your work.

I took the advice on these forums and deactivated all plugins.. I even went as far as to use a newly built PC. All other botbases work without issue. This one is still a huge fail. Could be epic with some attention to the forums and what 8 out of 10 people are saying.
Gets stuck in level 3 mine
runs into objects and gets stuck in garrison
Locks up HB on occasion
Tree farming works somewhat. Lots of stopping, stuck on hillsides, running in circles.
There is no "blacklist" logic from what I can tell.
Thank god I used Paypal.. going to file a complaint against the seller and ask for a refund.
A simple acknowledgement of the issue and a fix log would have been nice.

filing a complaint to paypal shouldn't be your first choice. Remember that products improve over time and Nat isn't the person that wod violate the support contract. The store also offers a refund itself.

Okay, I tested six character permutations this morning and I can see from the behaviors that something in the code has indeed changed since yesterday. This tells me that the author of this code is in fact developing it as we speak and I suspect he/she is monitoring this thread but too damn ashamed to provide support because he/she knows that this code is a half-baked buggy Bot that is in its beta-testing phase and should never have been released for sale in its current state but wants to make a little cash from naive users whilst in its development stage. I would be a little more tolerant but there is absolutely no feedback from the author so I will be requesting:
A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!
I will also be advising the Buddy Store to remove this for sale from their store as some level of standard needs to be maintained. I mean, just have a look at the behaviors at the end of this run:

What you are saying is sound advice, however...
Many of us have posted our bug findings with may I add, the log files. The issues go back quite a while, so its not like it was yesterday.
I am all for working with the developer to look for bugs and wait for revisions once reported. Clearly not the case here..
there is no feedback at all, no acknowledgement or even a simple. "Hey I'll look into that and try to get it on my release schedule"
Hell there is not even a feedback link on the main seller page for this app.
A simple 30 second post from the developer acknowledging what we report and saying he or she will be addressing... That would have stopped the discontent in its tracks.
With that said..
I will head your advice and give this a few more days to hear from the developer before I file a grievance with Paypal.

It works almost perfectly fine for me now that I've read some of the advice others have given. For one reason or another having any of my plugins loaded was causing it to basically fail to move. I'd disabled all but refreshment detection thinking what harm can that do but turns out it was doing enough to fck this base up. Now with that worked out its running pretty smoothly. It navigates most of my buildings fine, picks up most shipments althouigh seems to freak with my tailoring, jc and warmill (any ideas welcome). Its also starting and collecting missions absolutely great to the settings I've given, working out which followers will succeed and such as "advertised". Sure there are a few kinks and plenty people crying it down coz they didn't have the patience to try work it out or were naive enough to leave a still pretty new botbase unattended for any massive length of time. All I'm saying to anyone thinking of using/buying or anyone that already has and can't quite get it running either, just follow the advice available and have some patience. This is already a pretty good base when it works and I'm sure it'll be even better when its more developed.
