Seriously, It is just not cool to sell UNFINISHED products. We didn't pay to become beta testers.
If this is a free public bot, even if it does not work well, I would say "thanks for all the hard work". But now, you just should not expect those who paid for this to say something like that.

It's pretty simple really, for most people it works.
I would say that it's clear that the faults that a small number of people (<10) are experiencing are related directly to their individual setups. As I have mentioned, I have one toon out of 60 that is having the issue with running into walls, and I'm working to figure out what causes that so I can provide information back to Natfoth. Natfoth has most likely tested every single toon and setup that he has, and didn't run into the issue that people are having.
As Laria noted, there's nothing stopping people from using the refund function on the buddy store - it's there for this exact reason.
For the guy that got a 72 hour because "it was running into the back of my salvage yard for 12 hours," there is only one question. Who on earth loads up a new bot base, and runs it without checking on it for 12 hours?
There is a very low quantity of logs posted with bug reports in this thread - if people don't post logs, it's pretty hard to tell if it's config issues, conflicting plugins, what their garrison configuration is, what version of HB they are using, what routine they are using, or what the actual "issue" is. It takes no time at all to post a log (usually less than you spend typing for a post), and will help you get YOUR specific problem fixed.
Finally, Natfoth is one person. I aknowledge that he hasn't posted in this thread in just under 60 hours (oh no, it's terrible isn't it...), however if you go back through this thread (and the quester bot thread) you will realise that he does respond, and does fix bugs that are reported properly.

Did it again today, all plugins disabled, singular, and no addons enabled. Same result (and I've posted logs).
Who knows the reason why its not working, but I'm done trying.

So with more investigation I've discovered that this will only happen on toons that are on a server with medium latency (and probably high too). My toons are spread across oceanic and US servers (I'm in Australia), meaning I get about 60ms on most, and 300 + on the rest. ALL of the toons that are on 300 + will hump the wall when trying to go from in the garrison, out to the mine, or the other way (I only have alliance toons on these servers).
I am in the process of getting two toons with exactly the same configuration set up, one on an oceanic server, on on a US server, to confirm that this is latency related. I don't yet have a salvage yard set up on the US servers (they are a backup for me), so I can't confirm if the same happens with respect to that.
Once I get the configuration sorted, I will post logs. In the mean time however, if the people who are having issues with stuck reports could post back and let us know what your ping times are like that would no doubt help Natfoth figure this out.

Seriously, what you mean by "working fine"? pick up some mines/herbs, work orders, start a few missions? That's it? Dude, you kidding me? The free Garrisonbuddy already out there and does all these simple stuff, without a problem. What I am paying for is all the stuff he promises which garrisonbuddy can not do, clearing missions by success rate and farming timber when free, And the most important thing, possible to go full afk.
I am still using this bot to harvest mines and orders daily, but to me it is far from "working fine". Let's make this clear. People are not paying for whatever garrisonbuddy already handles.

This botbase does everything it says it does in the first post. You seem to have misread what it says, which is the source of your problem.
Guess I won't be able to help you, you'll need an english teacher for that.
The log was the exact same as the last one, I even gave my speed test data and in game latency in a post. 14ms internet, 54 world (I've never gone much under 54 world, but occasionally higher if there is lag in game).
As for why I didn't post it this time, didn't see the point. It failed again and I requested a refund, which even if the problem gets fixed in the future prevents me from purchasing the botbase. As for it helping others, there are a nice amount of people that this works for that just bash on the people who it doesn't work for, frankly to the people it doesn' t work for if you feel the need to take abuse from others stick with it, if not just request a refund and be done with it. After one of your posts even tho your not the dev I wouldn't want to use a botbase where the one person "helping/trying to help" is just an a-hole.

Lua Err while looking at garrison mission list
Throwing up my log file here. I just bought and installed this botbase and am really excited about it.
I ran it twice. The first time I had no garrison quests active, it launched fine, did all the quests, entered work orders, etc. then started farming timber. I stopped it after about 20 minutes to go farm some rare spawns.
I went back to the garrison and re-started it. Now it will not progress past the point where it looks at the garrison mission page. It just sits there and repeats "Lua Failed! Status: ErrRun" over and over. There are two missions still running from the previous batch FYI.

I disabled the "Master Plan" addon and it seems to be working now. I'm not sure if it's the addon that was causing it; I'll let it run for a bit then try it with the addon enabled again and let you know.

Correct, it does not do any quests in the garrison, only follower missions.

List of issues that I have come across with what seems to be the cause and workarounds where I have them:
1. The bot will stand still near a garrison building. The log says “Waiting for interact to appear”:
a. I have found three causes for this, all of them need to have the appropriate materials in your bags to start a work order for that building.
i. Building is under construction – to fix, wait until building is complete.
ii. Building is constructed, but hasn’t been finalised – to fix, finalise the building.
iii. Building has the initial quest available – accept quest and complete manually.
2. Bot humps the wall in the mine, last log action is [AkatoshGarrison] Moving to Collectable : Lady Sena's Other Materials Stash/The ally equivalent (can’t remember what it’s called right now):
a. It can’t get to what it’s detected. Manually loot this (it’s a once off loot).
3. Bot fails navigating from inside garrison to mine, or mine to inside garrison for alliance LVL 2 and 3 garrisons (not tested for LVL 1):
a. Seems this happens consistently on my toons that are on a server with 300+ ms ping times. I am still waiting to get another toon configured exactly the same on a server with approx. 60ms ping times, but this seems to be lag related. Note for NATFOTH – once I get these toons aligned, I will post detailed logs.

ok i didnt knew that i trought it also would do quest that would be great
but afther it done the table it says starting mission but it never starts it?

Edit 2; also everytime leaving out one or two nodes in the mine, lvl 3 for me.

I was about to purchase this bot but I decided to try the trial first. The mining it goes through alone prevented me from buying. Is anyone else having a problem in the mining tunnels with their character just running back to the entrance every time they mined something ?
