We have frozen this product on the store and are waiting for Natfoth to contact us. We will either fix the known bugs in this botbase, replace it with something better or refund all sales.

Of your 35 posts, how many were logged as you "bumping" this thread? It seems you were doing it quite often, which got quite annoying. I can't really say I blame anyone for giving you an infraction. That's just pointless spamming of a thread to bump it so much. I'm not completely certain, but I think that might be against the forums rules.

Anyway, Hawker has addressed the issue, so please stop "bumping" this thread. Thank you.

Paying for a product that was clearly not ready to be sold is "quite annoying" but hey let me apologize for forcing you to read my posts.
Let me also apologize for taking a stand against being ripped off. No consideration was being given and a bump to keep the issue visible is within reason. Been out to any other forums lately?
At any rate, I was done with this thread until a resolution was communicated. I truly appreciate the attention being given. Not sure why you felt the need to comment and do exactly what you are asking not to be done..
 
When will the Board proceed to the buyers to pay the money back. This product should not be allowed to come to market. It is only right that money to call back.

I love this Bot and have 5 lifetime accounts, and have supported this bot base in the beginning! Can we please get a refund or a fix not in 6 months but now we had to pay for this bot base it was not free!!
 
I would love a refund, rather than a fix. It has been non-functional for so long that I have gone and purchased garrisonbuttler, so do not need another garrison bot. I am sure there are others in the same position.
 
Agree with above - Bought GarrisonBoss and it does all the Things i need and much better than this one.

15 days since the reply this would be addressed and no update, zero..

As almost all of us have moved on to other Garrison management bots, based on the posts. A full refund should be given.
What is the status?
Why is this taking so long?

Seriously this is ridiculous I thought the buddystore was put in place to give people some security and here we are still waiting and completely unadressed.
We haven't received an end solution to the problem. So we can't even expect an eta to fixing it. Hell the most communication we've got is one post saying were thinking about doing things.
 
Noticed a lot of recent posts were deleted or are missing which were pointing out other Bots to use in place of this one..

So in addition to all the other questions that go into some sort of black hole/cover up..
What happened to the other 5+ posts??

Do you all think this will seriously go away by avoiding the situation and overwhelming facts..
 
i hope i wil get a refund of this i could not do a refund because i had it more then 6 days its weird that the dev of this product isnt responding back or nothing same goes for akatosh quester he was just here for a quick buck then left?
 
They where removed as per the forum rules. What's going on in this post played no part.
