Special things? Hold threat, and while surviving the bosses abilities try to dish out as much DPS as posisble to help your raid-group? First thing that comes to mind.

Oh well there might be some use for Dark Simulacrum for certain abilities from for example "Frost Strike" from Dark Shamans you can copy and use that spell

Thats some I found off of this guide, I dunno how useful it would be to actually code support for it but it might be fun to try out for shits and gigs ^^

I basicly have everything turned of. Use of CDs, both offensive and deffensive are better used manually in SoO HC, atleast for Rogue. The only thing I have on is healthstones (set to 30-40% depending on fight, disable use on Thok) and rupture on/off with hotkey.


Also, on Siegecrafter I change to an old verision of Waldo that doesnt pool any energy or anticipation. I need to have every CD ready for the belt and insane burst up there, and with YRB's pooling of anticipation thats not doable, atleast for me. I have been meaning to ask Alex to make some specific siegecrafter setting for this, but I havent gotten around to do it, im currently bussy trying to find minor tweaks in the routine that will squeeze out a little bit more dps from the routine! :)

how does this hotkey thing work? i put rupture hotkeyo n numpad 1 and its not working when i press it :(

First, make sure that Rupture is set to True in the middle column, then set a hotkey (like Ctrl), then press Ctrl+Nump 1, and Rupture is added to the rotation. Remember, its only a few fights that will bennefit from rupture, fights thats basicly single target only.
 
So some good news for the loyal YBR users; I've given Xcesius access to the new FU core! So he can start porting his shizzle to it ;)

hey i noticed the combat rogue dosent use vanish to maximize the dps any reason for this?

Because when you vanish, I can't force the routine to use Ambush / Backstab or any other ability after using it. It causes HB to only auto-attack and not use the certain ability it should be using after using vanish

Note, that these classes won't arrive before the new core is complete. Which is going to take a while (1-2months, irrelevant ETA)
