Potentially has the chance to make BIG $$$...

They have gone in SMUG thinking that there game will be to complex to bot LOL..

NO MMO can ever be to complex to bot.. The Devs will have her up and running in no time..

Well that is not really true. Have you ever at Rift? Trion (the company behind Rift) did a damn good job on a anti bot system. Every bot developer gave up on making a (good) Rift bot ;)
 
Small update

Prelim meshing is done. I'm not happy with some of the output, but it'll be fine for now (at least for us to test internal stuff)

We have a pretty good amount of info about actors, the world in general, etc.

Lua is fully working (including hooking Lua events)

Will be getting movement, casting, and spell information done by the end of the week hopefully. Then we can start on actual logic.

I've spent a lot of time working on the meshes, as they are the most important part. (We can't do much if we can't walk around properly!)

And you saw how it ended. If blizz did the same to WoW tomorrow, it would end the same way. Imagine an economy where the mats in your AH are reduced by 60-90%. Nightmarish.


Thank you for your Update Apoc! I forsee a release within the next 2 weeks :P Way to beat the competition!

Btw, from the panic I see in the forums each day the wow bot is down for maintenance on patch days, I believe that even an early barebones lazyraider / tyrael / combat bot version will sell real fast :P From the raids I played in Beta, I cannot imagine many people will be able to keep up with the dynamic combat if they can't keep up with wow combat. Or cba to play themselves anymore :P

It'll be ready when it's ready. We have a whole new approach to just about everything.

Amazing! Staff for Starbuddy is gonna get bigger in no time. I hope and expect so!

As far as i know Rift is a pretty damn nazi when it comes to prozess scanning. They give a fuck and scan anything. That's one of the things why they got any bot. (Beside the, let's roll out a patch every day to fuck the bot devs "strategy")
