[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

Hey Millz,

I'm noticing that the routine still casts RoF if you have RoF on single target enabled, but AoE is disabled.
Can you change it so that if AoE is disabled, the routine won't cast RoF, even with a haste proc, etc?

It can lead to some nasty problems in SoO for certain fights and trash.

Pushed a change to help with this.
Now Drain Soul works slightly better, but i think the problem is in Drain Soul - Cancel Casting setting. I remember the same problem whit Shadowburn when i set the Cancel for Any Target option. I notice that tonight on Garrosh in P1 when i switched on weapon and the routine stopped continuously every action because a bunch of adds was under the 10%. Same thing happens in the last phase when i focus the boss and some adds are under 10% hp. I'll do more test tomorrow to confirm the problem.

Another great things i miss is an automated opener. With Nilrem PQR profile and his my 567 warlock pull at least 900k DPS at start. If you can implement it i think your routine can pull insane numbers.

Well that's what RoF in single target mode means - it'll still be used when there's only the 1 target. RoF everything is enabled/disabled via AoE setting (and will cast on the current target).

Have you got a log file? I wouldn't use that cancel casting setting for PvE tbh - you get enough shards just channeling the current target.

The only difference between the opener in Demonic and Sparkuggz guide, is by controlling the DoT refresh power via the settings. If the current stats are stronger than all 3, it'll SB:SS to refresh them - so you need to find out how much your stats increase by and set the value's appropriately.

If there's anything special that Nilrem's profile does, then let me know.

So i have your premium edit of this, and i keep getting Error on honorbuddy when i got your routine installed, it stops at the same time as i delete your routine.. :S

This usually happens if you rename honorbuddy.exe to something else. If you renamed it, rename it back to honorbuddy.exe and see if it crashes anymore.

Some questions:

I read using framelock was a good idea.. I locked the in-game fps at 40-ish, what fps should I lock it on from the bot? And should I do it through Tyrael or through HB itself?

Also, does anybody have an affliction routine to share with me, so I can tweak it from there. Having trouble starting from scratch since it's been a while I've played a Warlock.

Right, I understand that. Here is the scenario I'm thinking of:

AoE: Enabled
RoF Single Target: Enabled

Killing a boss while no adds are up. RoF occurs during haste procs, DPS is optimal.
Then, adds appear that need to be single targeted (Garrosh is an example).

I use a hotkey and disable AoE.

AoE: Disabled
RoF Single Target: Enabled

Even though AoE is disabled, it will still RoF on my current target (an add which could potentially be near other adds we don't want to hit) and cause issues.

The alternative is just to disable RoF Single Target, but then single target DPS is less than optimal.

What I am asking for is if AoE is disabled, then I don't want ANY AoE effects happening, even if RoF is in the single target rotation.

Okay, I see what you're saying. I'll have a think about how best to implement something for this.

Alright i got an log in attachments, :-)

ps, this only happens with premium version not free version.

You've got masses of errors in that log, with all sorts of plugins and routines. Think it's time for a fresh install (and fresh downloads from SVN's etc for all routines and plugins).

Why does Demonic spam Summon Voidwalker on players?

You got a full log file?

It's just trying to summon the pet, doesn't matter that it's logging that it's on the target.

Nope. It's tryed summon pet only if i choose any target. Even if it friendly as i said before.
Can't provide new log right now but will do it a little bit later.

Is it the free version you're using? It'll only use the pre-combat stuff when you've got a target (any target) in the free version.
