[Warlock CC] skiWarlock 3.0 for HB2 - ALL TREES -

Status
Not open for further replies.
sure aslong as i can get it started. I have botted all the pvp items on 4 chars now without any problems. Might have been lucky but in my experience only botters recognize botters, and they usually dont report, i know i dont. But aslong as you fix it well enough to atleast run around and use spells ill report any quirks i can make out. I'm not too picky though id be content with the standard CC that came with hb if it did anything but stand around, which it sadly does not. But on all the other classes i have botted in bg i have been able to make out obvious flaws except maybe with the healbot resto druid cc i used for druid.

Trying this CC out on a 74 warlock in full BoA and decent other gear. My thoughts after watching the bot as Affliction for like 5 minutes can be summed up in 1 word. OVERKILLLLLL. This thing pumps 30k dmg into mobs with 10k hp and chuckles! I've yet to see the bot die or even come close to dying. So it's working pretty damn good.

What affliction build is the bot on afflic trying to mimic?

It looks like it is a 56/0/15 dotlock, but I could be wrong.

Ah, I think the Aff Imp Felhunter, Glyph, Dark Pact with Demo mix (basically the pvp build but no nightfall/eradication) to be the most efficient leveling build

I just noticed theres a ton of fun editable variables in the .cs

I set shadow bolt to off, and Life Tap to Dont use below 100% hp, and dont use above 0% mana, then turned dark pact on

Exactly. =) With the variables you can pretty much tailor it to be more towards the playstyle of your specific Warlock.

Is there a way to make the bot focus more on surviving then beating the shit out of 2 mobs with seed?

With your gear, i would go a Demo/aflic spec. Make it pull 3-5 mobs, watch it kill packs of mobs at a time and enjoy super fast leveling.

Look back a page, thedrunk said he's aware of the situation and is working on re-writing the way that the .cc initializes. Hopefully fixing the issue.

Some Advice please.

My warlock keeps stopping mid run. He stands there and the gauntlet (in game mousepointer) is glowing. It doesn't click on anything and I'm not sure what it is trying to do (not it is not the skinning or mining pointer). It doesn't say in the HB log.

It is not a HB problem as it doesn't happen with any other class.

Soul stone seems to be active (so doesn't seem to be that).

Any help identifying this problem please. It is ruining my runs. Must be a setting or something.

Make sure a friendly NPC isn't targeted. I've noticed this behavior when I have a merchant or something targeted when I start up HB. It'll run down the "buff self with everything" bit of code and then just hang there as it is trying to buff itself but gets caught up with the glowing hand like you're talking about. Seems the bot isn't force self targeting correctly in those situations.

Does the log indicate what it's trying to cast? I'm thinking spellstone/firestone?

Ok will do. However, doesn't say anything regarding the stoppage in HB. Also seems to do it in the middle of a run. Not at the start in town.

Will try it and see if that helps and get back to you. TY.

skiWarlock v3.62

Lots of updates, so many i haven't done a full change log yet! But, I need to get some feed back as there has been a lot of changes.

The old variable system has now been replaced by a GUI accessed via the 'CC Configuration' button the 'General Settings' tab.

I have spent some time working on the PVP side of the code and its working much better now. The "PVP Profile" settings are loaded when you are in a battleground, when you exit the "Grind Profile" settings are used. This makes Mixed mode a lot more usable.

Two default profiles are included. One for Grinding (Demonology) and another for PVP (also Demonology), both are tuned fairly low.

Instructions:
1. Remove any old versions of skiWarlock!
2. Extract skiWarlockv3.62.zip into your CustomClasses directory

Edit: Newer version posted

Trying it out now.

EDIT: Do you care about minor quibbles such as "Health Potion" being spelled "Health Poition"? Or just functionality right now?

Your wand use logic seems to have changed. It went from what your Health/Mana %'s needed to be to what the target's Health/Mana % needed to be. Disabled it for now.

Is your plan to have four profiles (default, affliction, demon, destro) for PvE and PvP? Just like how the previous .cc was set up internally for more easy selection from the get go?

So far it seems to work. I *LOVE* the fact that using the configuration means you don't have to totally reload HB to change a variable or two.

I would still love to see some logic added where it uses Life Tap (Rank 1) in the Talent section (even tho it is a glyph) if the buff you get from it/Dark Pact isn't up and you don't need to do a full Life Tap/Dark Pact.

Side question... So what's the logic behind PathPrecision anywho? I'm having a hard time finding documentation on it. What little I know is the smaller the number the more precise *something* is, but I'm not sure. And mostly I'd like to know what might be considered too precise, if that's possible.

Okay one major issue with it is that I doesn't stop to loot anymore. I've just watched it burn through about 8 individual critters in a row and it hasn't stopped to go back to loot any of them.

EDIT: Okay, it finally stopped and looted some of them, but not all. Might be the issue with the newer HB combat logic more then the .cc reading about it.

Another issue. Turning on Fel Armor, Unending Breath, and Soulstone caused HB to get stuck in the "Changed POI to: Type: None, Loc: <0, 0, 0>" loop. Turning off Unending Breath seemed to fix it (will see what happens when Soulstone fades).

EDIT: Looks like when it went to cast Soulstone it ended up in the same loop.

EDIT x2: Actually, any time it tries to self buff now it gets stuck in that Changed POI loop.

EDIT x3: Same when trying to heal the pet.

Going to go back to the previous version at this point. Sorry.

I have fixed this issue in skiWarlockv3.63, please re-download.

RE: The looting issue, decrease your Pull Range so it stops Mass Pulling. If it finds mobs within range, it will keep AOEing them until none are in range.

Edit: can you please post a log

The logic has not changed, i just labeled it wrong. I guessed at some of the code i variables i didnt write, i will update the descriptions next build

Spec detection is used to determine spell rotation automatically, spell variable information (i.e. what spells to cast, what hp to cast them) now comes from your Setting Profile. Checks still prevent casting problems if there is misconfiguration.

PVP settings are normally very different from PVE settings, that is why there are 2 separate Default Profile slots. These are automatically loaded when needed.

I would still love to see some logic added where it uses Life Tap (Rank 1) in the Talent section (even tho it is a glyph) if the buff you get from it/Dark Pact isn't up and you don't need to do a full Life Tap/Dark Pact.
Code it up, send it to me so i can include it :)
