More NIN improvements.
Multi-target is for bosses that don't have any positional requirements, like Ozma, Deathgaze Hollow, Sephiroth phase 2 etc. For multi-target Huton will be refreshed by ArmorCrush when the duration falls below 40seconds
Single-target Huton will be refreshed by ArmorCrush when the duration falls below 21 seconds, you can further increase the duration by simply standing at the flank of the enemy and the routine will cycle ArmorCrush again.
Smart-target will use DancingEdge on very specific conditions, this is intentional as smart-target is your "trash mobs/aoe" mode.
routine will not attempt to apply dancing edge at all if someone else's dancing edge is on the target or storm eye is on it. Same goes for trick attack vulnerability. Will do its best to line up duality+DreamDream+kassatsu when trick attack has been used.
