1000ms is acceptable, can go 500ms or faster if you have more powerful computer.
1000ms mean when someone below x percent, combat routine need MAXIMUM 1000ms to detect it and heal, 500ms mean MAXIMUM 500ms.
I say MAXIMUM because it is the pulse mechanic it work like this - the case you set Scan Unit Around Interval to 1000ms
T = time unit drop to x percent
Scenario 1: Pulse #1(0ms).........T(150ms)................................................. Pulse #2(1000ms) => Combat Routine detect and react after 150ms
Scenario 2: Pulse #1(0ms).................................................T(800ms)......... Pulse #2(1000ms) => Combat Routine detect and react after 800ms
As you can see the chart above, faster pulse = faster react but also make CR run slower => LAG
Change value to fit your computer processing power. Fast but no LAG = best.
