TuanHA Monk - The Ultimate Experience

Healing is still pretty slow... Trying to heal in the Molten Core LFR and I've got stable 60 fps, but the routine is still really slow...

Another thing, the boss isnt using all charges of Renewing Mist when I'm using the talent Pool of Mists.
 
All this stuff is lol at the moment I am not sure if it's the routine or HB but this thing is very finicky as to when it wants to work.
 
Alright so I cleared up to Heroic Brackenspore with my guild with this routine shuffling between BM/WW on normal and WW/MW on heroic. Here's what I found:

Windwalker:
The opening rotation on this is abysmal. You pretty much MUST open by yourself. The opener is:

Chi Wave: before you flying serpent kick into the boss
Jab: to start your melee and proc your trinkets
Invoke Xuen: to take full advantage of your trinkets proccing/tiger strikes
Tiger Palm: get the buff up ASAP
Jab
Chi Brew (now at 5 chi)
Rising Sun Kick
Chi Brew
Fists
Tigereye
Jab: Because you're at full energy after the Fists of fury
Blackout
Jab: now you're at no energy and you're ready to serenity
Serenity
SPAM RSK>Blackout

If you'll notice, this routine will do the opening 4 correctly, and then it'll go full retard and serenity when you're at full energy. That's a complete waste of resources and shoots you to the trenches on the meters.

MW:
It just won't use all the charges on Renewing Mists when you're specced pool of mists, which you should be.

It spams mana tea when you shouldn't, so just turn it off and manually mana tea.

After the first dispel, it will never dispell again. I'll try to get a log to see why this happens.

Really the only glaring issue is the renewing mists not being used. If it isn't used, then uplift isnt used, and that's our #1 raid heal. To the bottom of the meters you go if you use this routine as a MW.

BM:
This was mentioned before, but removing the control we had over elusive brew on using it when only above 10 stacks or whatever really ruined it for BM's rotation. Not to mention this routine doesn't even bother taking resolve into account. If it did, you can pull off some crazy shit with 500k Guards and the like.

BM also needs to only use Serenity when you're at least 2 chi, not 1 chi like it's doing right now.

Thank for your suggestion... A few is in the to do list, a few is not, a few are not needed (like Pool of Mist 3 Charge Renewing Mist - CR will not use all charge if not needed, the spell gain 1 chi but cost a lot mana. Sometime, you just don't need use it because it burn your mana too fast)
 
Thanks for the reply Tuanha. I was sitting on the dummy with your routine for a while now and noticed WW is near perfect except the Serenity usage. The opener is actually the best when you turn off Serenity, so I'll just be manually using Serenity from now on.

For mistweaver, you don't want to be sitting on 3 charges ever because of how Jade Mists works. You get free Renewing Mists with no cd off so ideally you want to have 2 renewing mists (which means 6 people have the hot) on the raid at all times. If raid takes damage, you thunder focus -> renew for 5 more people, which is now 11 people in the raid with renew, and then spam uplift with your 4 chi. You can keep double renewing mists up on the raid VERY easily if you just use pool of mists charges.

Every single guide has WW using Chi Explosion instead of Serenity.

Tuan: For BM please make the following fixes:
1) Remove Clash from the options - it no longer exists
2) Add the option to enable/disable leg sweep.... I have all interrupts turned off but its still trying to leg sweep on Butcher to interrupt his abilities
3) Fix Elusive Brew. With EB totally disabled, it seems like it's still using it sometimes.

Other than that, I think BM is doing pretty well.

For the most part this will work fine, but it is a DPS loss to use TeB after your first FoF. Always a DPS gain to hit TeB before using FoF regardless of the number of stacks it has. As I posted a couple of pages back I honestly feel that this opener works best.
- 5 chi using Expel Harm before pull
- Prepot
- ChiWave (while engaging)
- Xuen
- Tiger Palm
- Rising Sun Kick
- 2x Chi Brew
- On use trinkets/racial + TeB
- FoF
- Serenity
- RSK
- Spam BK
- Normal Rotation/priority
Mostly because if you're not starting a boss fight with full 5 chi ready to go then you're doing it wrong and you're going to energy cap during Serenity no matter what you do.

Most of the guides and theorycraft I've read still suggest Chi Brew/Serenity for single target and Ascension/Chi Explosion for AoE/cleave type fights. As far as the leg sweep option goes I'm pretty sure it is under the talents tab and is in the same location regardless of what spec you're playing, at least that's where it is for me. I have it unchecked and have no issues with the CR trying to cast leg sweep.
 
Good to know it's not just me who's paid routine isn't working. Oddly though, the free version does work.
 
I saw that the druid package only comes with all routines which is 89 (very expensive), is there any way to buy JUST the druid one?

As always, please update ALL TuanHA Combat Routines folder - including Combat Routine you don't use, old version may conflict and cause error.

You can update by right-click folder and run SVN update or download new updated version in my website.

A quick not from my friend CrazyJosh.

If you play Mistweaver please DON'T use Glyph of Mana Tea, it's horrible at mana management.

At least don't use it in raid.

(CrazyJosh): better to not waste globals and use it for 3 secs straight than use 4 globals for same mana at 4 globals over 40 seconds
right now using glyph for mana tea is very very bad
when I had glyph I was oom every pull in heroics - same gear, non glyph, didn't have a problem

I'll post my glyphs and settings tomorrow. I have two setups tweaked for heroics 5mans and heroic raiding (first 5 bosses down)
