TuanHA Monk - The Ultimate Experience

1) Is it possible to add an option to only use RSK to re-apply debuff and not on cooldown? It seems to prioritize it over Fists of Fury and at 3-chi uses RSK over FoF even though the debuff from the previous RSK is still active.
Also for ChiEx builds RSK is mostly only used to re-apply the debuff as well.
2) Is it possible to add an option to only use Tiger Palm when Combo Breaker procs. It also seems to be optimal for ChiEx builds in some cases, since ChiEx is nature damage anyway and does not take advantage of Tiger Palm.

the pause toggle does not work sometimes.
with other CRs from you i dont have that issue

It tells me i need to update my monk profile. When i do it tells me my version of HB (2.5.12600.764) is not the most recent version and the update failed. Problem is i am on the most recent version and it breaks HB when i do try to update the behaviours.

1) No because RSK would probably fall off during your FoF which is a huge DPS loss. RSK on cd is optimal dps. It's your second hardest hitting ability. Delaying your FoF by 2 gcd's doesnt affect total dps by much, if anything.

2) No because if Tiger Strikes buff falls off, your dps is in the garbage. Sure Chiex is nature damage, but if you've noticed your melee attacks are 10-20% of your total damage. Without tiger strikes, that goes in the trash.



EDIT: Might as well update tuanha on how the CR is doing...

Currently ranking very close to the other crazy good manual monk player in my guild, sometimes even surpassing him. The only thing I have to do manually now is Tigereye brew, which doesn't look for trinket/weapon enchant procs. A simple Weakauras and attentiveness solves this issue though.

Also, this CR is not nearly FoF'ing as much as it can. If FoF is off cooldown and Chi Brew is at 1 charge with 7-8 stacks of TEB, it should pop the chi brew and TEB->FoF, but it doesn't. You can manually do this though, no issues there for me. This is an issue with Chi Brew logic. So...

  • Need better TEB usage with trinket/damage buff logic
  • Need better Chi Brew usage with FoF cooldown and TEB stacks logic

This is at 680-683 ilvl

The WW rotation is almost perfect, but the opening burst needs serious work. The CR basically has no opening burst besides using Invoke Xuen. I sit and watch all these other monks burst up to around 70k and I start doing 40k, and I usually have the same or slightly better gear. Hell, I got out-burt'ed by a MW monk on one pull earlier.

Can this be looked into, please?

This is because the CR doesn't pop anything less than a 10 stack TEB. If you TEB on pull with 8-9 stacks alongside trinket procs and immediately FoF, you burst for a lot.

Without Rising Sun Kick the routine is essentially wasting 20% DPS and 20% HPS.

[Edit: Also, with Pool of Mists talent selected, the Routine will only cast Rising Sun Kick to place the debuff on the target and then casts Blackout Kick thereafter, despite RSK having 3 charges and hitting for 50% more.]

Let me revise the FistWeaver rotation :D I don't know there's still ppl raid healing with FistWeaver xD

Oh, I'll think about that part too, I think WW is a bit fine now, just the very last crazy logic that very hard to code :D

I have had this problem happen with this routine and the hunter routine. Usually I will have it paused when I go into an arena so that it doesn't do obvious bot stuff before the start of the arena and then when I go in and try to toggle the pause off it will not work. Stopping and starting the bot does not fix it, I have to close the bot and open it back up for it to work again.

Here is a logView attachment 7044 2015-01-22 16.06.txt It happens right at the end before I stop the bot but after entering the last arena.

Same here, can't get the monk routine to pause with enyo.

That would be weird since it doesn't happen with his shaman, DK, pali, or druid routines but consistently affects the monk routine.
 
TuanHA some questions if you could answer.

how hard would it be to implement mana saving mode to Mistweaver?

There is a slide in settings to heal more or To use less mana you can adjust. What about making it a dynamic slider based on your current mana with a hotkey toggle. Also maybe a special burst mode for healers where you can set it to 10-20% of boss health where you can go all out healing so you end up OOM at the end of the fight.

Also Reserve % mana for you big healing cooldown. Routine continues to heal and you never pool enough mana to use Revival.

Mana tea nerf is coming and healing will have to be more efficient i think.

I am ilvl650 and on H Imperator i was doing 30k hps I think it's very solid for my ilvl and group i had. Routine works super nice Tuanha, I'm just thinking what could be improved. :)

Paid version here. Can you get fistweaving for both PVE and PVP with fall back to normal stance in case of very low player health? Thanks!
