CR should refresh Rake at a duration less than or equal to 4.5sec, and Rip @ <= 7.2sec.
Please fix this to increase uptime on bleeds, and maximize bleeds with damage buffs.
CR should lower priority of Ferocious Bite as Rake is approaching 4.5 seconds or as Rip is approaching 7.2 seconds.
For example, there was 5sec lost on Rip uptime because CR decided to use Bite instead at 4 seconds left on Rip.
I've seen it use energy it could have used to re-apply bleeds. That energy should be pooled for bleeds instead.
It is a DPS loss to use Thrash single target.
CR should not use Thrash AT ALL against single-target, even with clearcasting buff.
If using Soul of the Forest or Bloodtalons as a talent, then it should not use Thrash against a single target.
You will find these problems reflected in the attached log. The exact times of note are as follows:

This is the biggest problem. CR uses Ferocious Bite with ~5 seconds remaining on Rip, and the bleed falls off.
CR should refresh Rip at or below 7.2 seconds remaining on Rip, and 4.5 seconds on Rake.
Notice the 28 second difference - there was ~4 seconds where Rip had expired.
This is reflected in the following image, taken from my diagnostics against a target dummy, same as attached log.
