TankLeader 2: What would you like to see?

Hi i just tested tankleader latest version as of today..

I don't know what i should say, I feel real disappointed.

The tanks just wandering around going out to opens and getting killed, and when it finally spots an enemy it uses auto aim and instant shooting like a bot would do, no human feeling into the shoot part here just a really really bad bot.

It needs a function that measures how far the enemy's are away from it, if long range away, let the pulse circel relax and get down and be steady then it can shoot if very short range shoot instant while it can.

I also suggest that you guys get implemented a random leave game after death, for now its almost instant add 7-10 seconds after death.


It just use auto-aim there's no detection of trying to take out the tracks/engine or what so ever.

Last but not least, while the tank is driving around let the turret either be straight forward with a mixed random turret look around feel like a real player would do. I caught it almost each time the turret is 180c away from the enemy and when it finally gets told to kill, it first have to turn the turret and then shoot, but at that time i takes to move that turret around its almost already dead if not dead since it takes 2-5 seconds to turn the turret.

I hear you. Some of the things I gathered from this thread:

  • Allow the bot more time to aim properly when aiming at targets at long range.
  • Provide support for camping (this actually was a disaster in TL1, which is why I left it out)
  • Rotating the turret, or at least sticking it to the direction the hull is facing.
  • Randomising or providing different stuck handling behaviours.

Those are just a couple of things I picked up from the thread which can actually be implemented in one way or another. I'll be looking into implementing these features. :)

Aiming.. I know. We can't really have the bot aim for weak spots as much as I'd like it, because we'd need to hardcode all of the possible weak spots for every single tank. I'll look into ways to improve the aim, but I can't really promise anything. Like you guys, I'm a World of Tanks player myself, and I know how important it is (especially when you're past tier 6) to aim for weak spots. I'm just not sure if that's at all possible with the bot.
 
About the bot for week spot, I understand that its allot of work because there are many tanks. But you could do it step-by-step. What I mean is, you could start by tear 4-6 tanks because they got allot of week spots and maybe for the beginning do the aimbot only if you are facing him directly.

tl;dr: Do it slowly, the aimbot will be better even if you code him just for one tear(tear 6 is popular) tanks.
 
I would to se a "clear Q" button, since that takes ages if you want to set up another q!
 
Aevitas, why dont you do the monthly paid version of your bot with the support of all the above queries? I would be willing to give a certain amount per month for a bot for a good bot that would be better aiming, better traveled to points that are not stuck in the mountains, which would not be so understated game statistics? Why do not you just move to a monthly payment? After all, everything is decided by money. Is not it? Why not take a vote on this issue? I think the monthly payment would motivate you stronger, and you would have made a really decent product. I hope you will tell your point of view.
 
A revised "How to", as the current state is rather no present.
 
- A waypoint creator or the option to don?t stop on the hotspots

- A option to fix the tank tower on the Tank

- A pause Button for the garage

- maybe stake out a small map of each Maps to the waypoints

- The unlock the settings

- a option to write in the chat

- This no longer stops the tank and moves back when another tank touching him or comes too near.

- a timer to start the waypoints on the beginning the match ( e. g. wait 10 sec and make nothing an then roll on)

- a explanation for TL ( all option, Buttons...)

- german support

PLEASE ;)
 
A experience counter would be handy so you can see how much exp the bot had farmed for you.
just like we have the money counter

Yeah, that seems

I think they have realized that it leaves them profitable and improve Tl2 only sacacan Tl2 updates, patches for new WoT.

If not that explain why, for months there is no improvement, no in TL2.

Whenever WoT releases new patch, TL2 only updated to work with the new patch of WoT. But never brings TL2 or improved and that it takes months, without improvement. It's pathetic



so gentlemen, Tl2 is not going to improve more, stay like this, just make it work with all new patches WoT
 
With the advent of in-game statistics and XVM, many tankers are being looked over from joining clans or even platoons because their EPs were so crappy, because they botted. The motivation to make a competent bot ceased.
 
If so, better to say something and to clarify the issue.

If they are to continue to improve the tankleader or they will leave as this
