Does the the CC calculate dot tick strength with the Rune of Re-Origination - Item - World of Warcraft trinket?
Hi,
I am using Superbad for alot of things and I love the CC. But right now I'm running Stratholme for the mount and whenever it passes by the aggressive critters it kills them one by one and it takes a really long time to kill them. I've set the AOE to 2 targets but it'll still just attack them one by one and it slows the runs by like 2-3 minutes or so.
Any plugin that fixes this or any settings I should adjust?
Hi, i'm using this routine with my dps spec and it works great
I have a question: i would like to change spec and try tanking, is there a way to make movement and targeting automatic by checking the mobs aggro with this routine?
And if it's possible, wich botbase and settings should i use?
Thanks!
So I'm a little concerned with the uptime of Rip. We downed Heroic Jin'rokh tonight and I was using this CR, however my uptime of Rip was only 02:16 (47.2 %), Rake was 03:57 (82.3 %), and Thrash was 03:00 (62.5 %). I just feel like Rip should be higher since it is a stronger spell. I am Glyphed for Savagery so I shouldn't be using combo points on it, 4:00 (83.3 %). Any advice on how I can improve my Rip uptime?
Hey Ergosum,
i really think that a) these numbers are not correct or b) you are using recount and it was bugged as hell!
Rip uptime should be at 80-96% (depending on encounter, procs....) , Rake close to 100% and Savage Roar also close to 100%.
Even if you use Glyph of Savagery you will use combo point for Savage Roar. Its a major dps gain(!).
I would retry with Skada, or upload a log so that i can see if there are big issues.
&& ((Me.ComboPoint == 0 && !Me.HasAura("Savage Roar"))
|| (Me.ComboPoint > 0 && Me.CurrentTarget.HasAura("Rip") && !Me.HasAura("Savage Roar")))
Using combopoints for savage roar only if Rip is on target with glyph of savagery
Yes, he won't use it if you have more than 0 combopoints and rip is on the target, on the other hand with have Ferocius Bite that also use Combopoints. And the main goal is to have max uptime of rip.
I don't think it's a dps gain to cast savage roar with 5 combopoints and then rebuild combopoints to apply rip.
My up times are pulled from world of logs. And my dps was only 116k with 514 ilvl on a fight with a huge buff.
I have two log files for you
Jin'rokh Heroic Kill (Trash from beginning to Horridon Trash): https://www.yousendit.com/download/WFJYYkJucHZCSnBWeHNUQw
Heroic Horridon Attempts:

Both of these files are rather large so I used this website to be able to share them without spamming this whole thread.
I'll also PM you the World of Logs if you want that as well.
