[Official] Statement about Arenas and Battlegrounds

You may as well then ban raid bots and dungeon bots cause I used enyo for both them.. Oh wait I'm not allowed to use automation.. heh I still pressed skills and macro's with the cr's in arena with enyo so yes its automation but only semi. Compared to bgbots your letting it go afk, in arena your still having to move around on your own and if your a skilled player you would be using keybinds and still pressing certain keys. All they need to do is take out auto interrupts. I think it was more case that people were banned using afk bg bots then arena enyo botting.. Look up bots in bg's on youtube then look up bots in arena and see how many more of the bg bots there are then arena. Yes HB didn't support arena they never did but that is why enyo was there.. It is used to allow us to control the character but use the abilities. It's used in raiding and in pvp so why not allow it in Arena. Like others said why allow cr dev's to bring out arena cr's in the first place. We buy them and paid a heap of money and now you say.. Oh wait lets kill them and laugh at us cause we lost money. We lost a account or 2 in the banwave but only for 6 months.. But you now scam us out of money we spent on CR's that were to be played purely in Arena.. Thanks bossland for skimming me.
 
I would like to know something from the people that buy new accounts:

  1. Do you make new accounts?
  2. Transfer to old "banned" accounts
  3. Change your IP?
  4. Change your hardware ID?
  5. Reset your router?

Stuff like this could be useful information

botted yesterday with enyo+paid CR for 2h and no ban
 
arena is out of the bot and people are stil being banned with the new release u could just Reactivate the arena options its being banned of quest botters bot manually moving in arena with routine i hate dungeon farming or pve im more of a rbger and arena player.

Then go find another bot..arena isn't coming back, it never really was here in the first place.
 
Arena was NOT removed because they seriously thought it was a factor in the Banwave (mechanically at least). Any Rated PvP was NEVER supported by HB because it completely ruined the spirit of competition in that entire aspect of the game. You lost something you never should have had in the first place, get over it. I'm in full support of their decision to actually enforce their rules rather than turn a blind eye, because the state of Arenas has gotten to be ridiculous and completely garbage for anyone wanting to actually get started with LEGITIMATE competitive PvP.

The most obvious reason to banhammer the hell out of us was how ridiculous the Battleground bots had become (and most of them clearly used HB since they all move in one pack). And I'm in full support of removing pathing in Battlegrounds but keeping the CRs for UNRATED PvP (IE Honor Farming, not Conquest Farming, hence the name HONORBuddy).
 
I also agree, No Botting in Battlegrounds and arena all altogether. Don't support it anymore! It's just terrible! That type of botting ruins the game for everyone Horde never wins BG because of all the retarded bots that never recap shit just run around like retards not doing anything beneficial to the Real life players trying to win the game botting make it a sure lose every time. I only agree with Pve botting no harm done and less real life player reports.
 
Do you guys seriously think that removing arena CR please Blizzard and they dont do next banwave? Seriously?

this is the greatest news i have ever come across in this forum! like i said before, using a bot to be competitive directly destroys the game for us all.

Hmmm... I guess believing the Arena CRs were the responsible of the bans about as much as you believing everyone here actually thought that. Nothing was ever said that was the reason.
 
So much hate against Arena botters.... honestly it's still cheating. Dueling with a CR cheating. Raiding to beat other peoples dps with CR cheating. Running all sorts of bots to get an upperhand in anything against another player cheating. Don't be so quick to spit on arena botters when your using this bot as you come off as an asshat. We are all cheaters here respect that or leave. If you want to sound like the morons who say fuck botters by saying fuck arena botters then you are a complete clown.

Rejecting PvP is fine as their are alternatives but go ahead and say it's a PvE bot and cut off CR developers who devoted mass amounts of time perfecting PvP CR's.

Again you are cheating. Stop saying other cheaters are cheaters because they cheat. It's moronic. Every bot that has been hit with a ban hammer has been from functionality as its a hack to the game. WoWglider didnt have ape shit bots in bgs farming honor but still got blasted with a ban hammer use your head.



-Reading the posts in this thread makes me relize how shit this community is. Y'all are witch hunting and talking shit about people who liked botting a certain way even if you bg botted yourself. Calling people "small penis" etc because they used PvP CR? lol. WE ALL ARE CHEATING no one is better then the other because we used different features dear lord the imbeciles.-

Never did I state that I wasn't cheating, I used the bot to farm and do boring menial tasks because I have neither the desire or time to do so. I cheated to keep up with people who can afford to play 4-8 hours a day. I have actually never used a CR to Raid or do Arena, because I felt it kind of defeated the point of doing those things.

Obviously you are a very level headed and intelligent person, but you should stop trying to add text to posts in order to further your little b!@#-fit.

The whole point is that Arena was not a supported cheat, and is now being actively removed instead of just not allowed on paper. When you were using a CR in Arena you were technically breaking the rules of a cheating software. It's not whether a raider or PvPer is any "better" or "worse". It all comes down to what Honorbuddy intends THEIR product to be used for.

If it isn't supported then why did they turn a blind eye to devs making PvP CR's designed to play in Arena. They literally were selling arena bots and you think they didnt support it rofl. Arena CR's have been a thing for years glad you looked into that before stating that.

That's funny Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Honorbuddy and Arenas - The Buddy Wiki why don't you check out the Wiki where there is a specific answer to Arena use with honorbuddy which was first fielded in 2014? Plus none of the CRs were advertised as being specifically made for arenas, just PvP, and have Arena functionality as an update. FYI Honorbuddy =/= CR Developers, CR Devs may support it but honorbuddy definitely never did. I do agree that Honorbuddy should have been more strict on the uses of CRs but that doesn't change the fact that Arena was never an intended use for Honorbuddy.

I normally don't feed mindless trolls but you are rather entertaining...something like a geek at a freak show.
