ShamWOW for HB2 - An Enhance/Elemental/Resto + PVP/RaF Healbot by Bobby53

I apologize for lack of information

HonorBuddy Mode: LazyRaider
Shamans Location: Stonecore
What should have happened (be specific): Magma Totem is placed into my COE bar, After the kill Searing totem should be replaced in CoE.
What did happen (be specific): Magma Totem is staying in my CoE bar
Computer time of problem (local time, not realm time): 12:35 pm

No, my apologies. After you restated it I can see your original message was clear. Thank you for the log files. I don't see the specific time reference mentioned present in the files attached. Is 12:35 the realm time? The log file contains your local system time so if you know the difference we can back into it. I reviewed the CoE calls in depth and don't see the issue occurring, so am going to add some additional log output to help diagnose. Will have a new release posted for your use tomorrow. OMG!!! OMG!!! Right now my Sham it's in Av,first healer with 2 kills and only 3 death??? It's real?? this's the best CC !! really the best CC EVER!(srr for the spam Bobby53! )
 
Is there a way to disable the disclaimer before starting the bot? I use relogger and it will not work because of that. Great CC btw. Works miracles ^^

SwaGGer_JaKKer, Thanks for the post and glad its working well for you in general! Yes, just press Start or Class Config manually the first time after installing a new version of ShamWOW. Each subsequent usage no Disclaimer appears unless you are deleting the character specific config files. Note that this needs to be done the first time each Shaman (if you have multiple) are run on a new version. I will look at other means of handling this in the future (such as timed dismissal of the message, etc.) so it won't interfere with that type of setup. PROBLEM? its like this in every bg.

edit: mod your cc for every class/spec....if you arent hired by some company for something or getting a cut of HB funds something is wrong. your cc is by far the best i have ever used across any bot.

Yes indeed, thanks a million for this 97% of the time perfectly working cc. i got one little issue tho, sometimes my toon just stands there on a spot targets then clears the target and retarget an enemy player even tho that target is well out of range, it can do that for a long time. i never afk, so im forcing the bot to do something else when it happens, still would be nice to find a solution.

sofar i seen this happen in Ioc and AV, using w00t's profiles.
 
Bobby thanks for the update! Thunderstorm is not firing no matter what the mana setting are set to in general tab :(
 
Those of you who have had success at battleground botting with ShamWow; can you please say whether you are using BGBot or PvP bot, which profiles (default, woots, other)? Also, which spec are you running?

Do you random BG or run a specific one? Thanks in advance. I'd like to get my Shaman set up with some Honor gear and am not sure the best route to take. Also, do you use one of those plugins like Squire?

Hey

I was wondering, how to change the lightning shield to earth shield?
In my case more sufficient since im an healer and it makes it even harder to die in quests.

Shaman isnt attacking mobs

Shamans Location: WPL
What should have happened (be specific): Should be attacking mobs
What did happen (be specific): Just runs up and stands there but if I were to leave the group the Shaman starts attacking like normal
Computer time of problem (local time, not realm time): 12:15

alexhaes, You can't choose Earth Shield when soloing, but it does raise the question why choose Resto Spec to quest? Thanks, Bobby53

nomorchaos, Thank you for the very well written post! There are a few issues occurring all related to the setup being used.

1. ShamWOW currently has a bug. This breaks trying to run in an RAF group with no Tank selected.

2. Questing Bot does not support Party Questing. You can attempt to run the Questing Bot while in a party, but there will no coordination between toons. If they are RAF accounts with the 300% bonus XP, you'll get that by the coincidence of them being within range of each other.

3. No Tank Selected. If you are trying to use a Bot for an RAF Group that wasn't designed for it (like Questing Bot), you'll need to make sure that a Tank has been selected in HonorBuddy. This doesn't occur in Bots intended to solo with. You can do this by using the SetTheLeader plugin (see my sig.)

Look for an update shortly and good luck with your Shaman,
