So it appears it still uses the normal tag right, but it just puts the other at a higher priority? You should suggest that to Rrrix to add in because that is a pretty sweet change. It would make campaign act totally normal but when in Adventure Mode make those quests higher priority.

No, it works much like HaveBounty tag (normally executes what is inside the tag if specified quest/step is currently active otherwise just skips it).

It solves two major problems I had with your version:
- bot sometimes left prematurely when he found town stone
- and sometimes it didn't detect that boss is dead.
