Rift Bot - Yet Another Rifter!

It seems like a big-boxsize problem. Try r8, may resolve this issue a bit.

As to profiles for worlds, yes with RiftBot 0.0.3. Every map type can have different parameter with only two lines of code. But that is a big project and maybe need community help as it's almost impossible for me to test every possible maps with the two parameters.

I Will try to help as much as possible with parameters when i get into it.
Is the new plugin with r8? I am on iPad atm.
 
Bot just tried teleport back and reset game before killing boss because it spawns somewhere unknown... So you say this is Trinity issue, right?

It is not in fact an issue. It is that DB and Trinity did not implement code on handling such cases. QuestId does not change before and after a boss is spawn. There is currently no way knowing a boss is spawned or not.

edit: No way knowing a boss is spawned or not if the spawn point is too far away.
 
What's the difference between R8 and R7?

The information on the front page regarding those two seems a bit misleading.

Am I correct when I believe R8 is for clearing an entire rift regardless of boss kill or not and R7 is just meant to kill the boss then remake?

r8 is both, there are two profiles. r7 is kill and repeat.

Found a bug.. If your inventory is full and you go sell after killing to rift boss running the "Full" version, it will turn the quest in, sell/salvage your stuff and afterwards try to tp back :)

Has been replied multiple times previously :cool:. Not a bug, it is a trinity issue. Turn off looting yellows and blues.

will add this to known issues.

working better as the version from nowaylol?

I don't want to compare the two profiles and claim which one is better. I myself is using Rift Bot and it works well for me.
Don't hesitate to have a different taste!
 
First off this profile have worked great the last couple of hours!

But then last run something happened. I found the bot just runing around in rift level 4 looking for the spawned rift warden. The problem was that the map was fully explored and there was no rift warden that I could find even manualy. So I went up 1 level and yet again no rift warden. When I went up to level 2 however did there apear a arrow for the warden instantly and he had spawned pretty far away from the explored area.

So what Im asking for is some fale safe that the bot shouldnt go down to the next level if the warden is spawned but not dead.

Im not running the full profile btw so shouldnt go down at all after kill either.

Thanks for using. this is the very well known boss-spawn-too-far-away problem. Currently db or trinity cannot detect such distantly-spawned bosses. However I do consider such cases to be rare. Shouldn't affect the overall efficiency.

A sidenote. As the mob density for rifts now is pretty low, if the boss is spawned so far away that DB and Trinity is not aware, the bot shall find the town stone really fast. Boss in level 2 and exploring to level 4 sounds really amazing to me.

I suppose you are using r8 Full ver. There is a fix for this in r9. You may download and see whether it can handle your portal issue.

btw, can you post a screenshot of the exit? I may see what types of maps may cause such a bug
