RebornBuddy - Limited Beta - FF14:ARR Bot

Status
Not open for further replies.
will test asap.
Meanwhile I'm watching a meshed mining profile.
Works quite smoothly, simillar to minion. A lot better than mmolazy.
Thanks for doing this m8.
Also can you implement something like the option "disable rendering" from minion?

Theres a checkbox at the bottom of the profile window for this.

Just found it, seems a little better. can you add something like this for the game as well?
When I close the profile window with render unticked the bot won't save it. If I press Profile creator again, the render is ticked back on. Is this setting saved on profile?
Also, can you add a unstuck option?

Found an issue with waypoint gathering in updated version. Bot is trying to go after nodes nowhere near the profile's path. Went in and put a blackspot where the node is that I didn't want it running to and still went after it. Seems a restart of the bot ironed out whatever it was but I think it was a result of me switching profiles of one zone to another.

Its a miracle. Its been around 8 hours since I didn't had any 90k errors on ffxiv . With mmolazy and minion I'm getting them constantly .
Rebornbuddy is ussing more resources, but seems quite stable.
Do you have a release date / price Mashtahg?

Great job so far! Seems to work pretty well and minimal issues. Looking forward to the official release, and for more custom classes/profiles =D

The bot is crashing my client every time I log in.

I have tried with a clean install, I've ran the wizard and am starting in admin mode, but still nothing.

It worked several times prior, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Here's my log:

What version of windows are you using?

Also, what class and level are you when you are attaching the bot?

I'm on windows 8.1, the crash happens no matter what class I'm on, but in that case I was botanist 50.

Hello,

I was testing the grindbot earlier and found a bug with marauder routine not called correctly. I located the problem in MaruaderWarrior.cs where public class MarauderWarrior was mispelled as public class MaruaderWarrior.

I also have issue with the grindbot where sometimes after attacking it is still running and thus go off the way points and then after the fight is finished it tries to go back to the waypoint. But unfortunately, there usually is an obstacle on the way back. Usually in my case, it fell off a cliff and unable to get back up. Is there any easy way to fix this ? I was thinking to lock target camera during battle would somewhat able to avoid this issue.

Newest version is causing FFXIV app crashes when gathering at least on my windows 8 machine. Went back to .55 and hasnt crashed all day. I'll post a log in a couple of hours.

EDIT: Appears maybe it was on my end. Couldn't seem to replicate it. If I do experience it again will post a log.

Switched back to .65 and it happened again. Here is the log file.

Do you have a log when it ran off?

Also, looking into why on some machines the bot will crash the game or just not execute the injection properly.

Sup Mastahg, I know your working overdrive on the bot. But I was wondering if this feature request is on the table or the horizon?

AssistBro!

Pull the party member name and you can select which member to follow and assist. The bot would then only follow the selected member by using the "/follow" command and "assist". Just an enhanced Raidbro version :-)

Great for multi-boxing dungeons and party farming to keep bots together.

Testing new version for a bit..heres the current changelog

Overall:
Updated memory library
Reverted back to .55 base and re-added each feature one by one to resolve a strange issue with memory corruption
Bot is gentler when pressing the stop button.
Added some more logging output
Cache the local player object internally
Fix issue returning the proper pet.

Api:
Added GameObject.IsValid, this should be used when performing actions on a cached gameobject
SpellData.CastTime removed; SpellData.BaseCastTime and SpellData.AdjustedCastTime added
SpellData.BaseCooldown reworked, now returns timespan; SpellData.AdjustedCooldown added

Radar:
Rework the logic for choosing the closet connection to remove
Save settings as they are changed
Render checkbox is now remembered.

Gatherbot:
Added two missing botanist skills.

Grindbot:
Now we check if object instance is still valid, fixing many issues including chasing players and far away enemies.
Should no longer choose targets that you have killed and are in the proccess of dying
Will now favor npcs that are fate mobs.

Kupo:
Removed aura caching. This was not needed as we cache at the memory library level.
Adjusted how long spells are added to the recast blocker
Arcanist:
-Custom settings for class implemented
-Now chooses better pull spells based on what's available.

Developers, please look at how Arcanist is implemented if you wish to use custom settings.
If you do implement custom settings please use a unique name for your settings file as to not interfere if user reverts an overwrite.

Having issues launching the bot 1 of 2 things will happen.

First I get nothing run the bot both with and without FFXIV running and nothing shows up nothing appears on screen however I can see the process in the task manager

Second windows explorer stops responding but only for the one window I have ran the bot from and it looks like something opened up but no window shows up except for a white rectangle. Process can be seen in the task manger.

Have removed and re-installed C++ 2010,2012 and .net 4.0 have also used the buddy wizard in this thread to install them all again. No log to post as one is not created.

Sounds like you might have antivirus throwing a false positive on the bot.
