Question - I heard stories and know of a way to fix this.

lol, what has the amount of hours you've played.. todo with it? wow also has that feature by typing /played

Hours played has everything to do with it, Majority of the top 5% whos logged in the most will most likely be Botters. To Weed out the non botters u add most coin collected. if u set the most coin collected the top 5% will always be Botters. If you set a search varible for accounts with only 1 char, Again majority at the top mostlikly a BOT.

And your saying how does that have anything to do with it? Its called Logical Deduction.

Why else u think i asked for the new port from honorbuddy to have char swapping in the schedule so i can keep time logged in, gold collected, LOW on the count.

You can call it whatever you want, I do agree botting has it's risks.. yes of course botting will never be 100% risk free... the point is I have levelled 5 level 85's on wow pretty much 24/7, questing, pvp etc.. if you've been banned then you are what we call in the community bad luck or in the wrong place at that wrong time, merely stating this as a fact is not very smart? you have no proof yet we are meant to follow your %100 YOU'RE RIGHT CAMPAIGN. I never said botting was safe, never said it never had its risks, but as a fellow botter on wow... and never been banned once is how my opinion is made, no one has been banned on D3 as far as I'm aware of yet (though don't get cocky if I'm wrong) it will all be down to bad luck, take it from my book 24/7< in wow non stop for a year no banns.. people who do get banned well bad luck all I can say.

I never stated im 100% Right i merely posted this thread to get a function that has an option allowing me or others who wish to use it to have the ABILITY to detect if a person has entered our game via the Follower. This detection Can also be used to Re HIRE the follower for more GF and MF if your AFK botting and it goes away for some reason.

And everyone Blew up in my face stating that their opinons were fact and that it doesn't need it.
 
ok, well it wasn't mean to blow in your face.. well it's 50/50 the guy may know you're botting and report.. then yes it's very possible.

DTrick has brought up valid points.
Blizzard has their ways, and who are we to say they do, or don't, do something?

He just wants the added protection (or feeling there of).
Nothing wrong with that.
It's the exact same reason most of you will lock your front door when you go to sleep.

You don't know if a robber is even thinking about coming in, but you'd rather be safe than sorry right?


Anyways, I don't think I'll make it. But if someone does, I'll be sure to add it to my Tips thread for those who feel like having the extra protection :)

lets just say they inspect games and they are invisible and all that shizz - they would SURELY be totally invisible to you - why would they make the follower disappear

if blizzard employee then act like single player game

Kids, I sware. How is detecting if a follower is gone a bad idea? As i said previously, It will allow you to detect if its gone to rehire the follower, and if you also detect its gone you can have it pause routine or relog.. Honestly. You just make your self look stupid by stating that Dcoke.

The detecting a follower is gone could also be good for, if somehow, one of your friends joined your game :O
Not only would they know something is wrong instantly, but what if they were so hardcore of gamers that they would report you?

But i will most likely program my own plugin for this soon once i buy the bot once the bot becomes more stable with further testing. I bought a test account key recently and i dont see it up to par yet. But its not to far away.

I commend the dev team so far, I have many ideas that i will put into fruition when i do buy x6 or more life time key soon.

You obviously have no idea about how stupid blizzard is do you, i mean u can set your clock back on your system time to cancel a auction and get the money back from it if someone bidded but yet you think they wouldnt have left out somthing as simple as that.

Revision .100 is doing incredibly well. I'm at 220+ runs, no crashes. Yes there is the occasional short pause for Navigation replies from the server, but tomorrow that should also be gone, as long as Main does his job. He hasn't failed us yet tho.

Good to know you have the knowledge, or determination, to DIY :)

I normally code in Delphi, but im sure c isnt that hard of a syntax to learn.

C'mon, if something of that sort exists, there would be some function in the client that handles the "stealth join" from the Blizzard rep, and if it even exists, I believe the devs know about it and have already found a way around it.
