My product itself never restart wow, it do not have any such functionality.

In logs you have yoo many system errors, you need to make clean installation, please do follow instructions:

How to do Clean Install:
1) Download last zip with Honorbuddy http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=HonorBuddyBETA
2) Unzip in NEW EMPTY Folder: C:/HB/ ,  DO NOT copy there anything else besides files from zip  (you do not need to do anything with installation of Hb you had before)
3) Start HB

How to make it kill extra mobs while loot herbs or minerals? It goes away from them instead of killing them for extra loot.

If you talking about mobs which have chance to appear after harvesting herbs, it will kill them once found.
For skinning mobs, be sure to enable skinning in Alisha Engine (yes skinning is part of herbalism \ mining since WoD)
