[PAID] [Priest] Insanity - An Advanced Honorbuddy Shadow Priest Routine [PvE/PvP]

Strictly speaking AS is better. The catch is that you will be doing THAT much damage that other players will suspect you are botting.

Out of those that you mentioned, you have two choices: lite or standard. lite uses mind flay as a filler and standard uses mind spike as a filler.

So you are saying Auspicious Spirits will do a lot more damage but with a higher risk then using Clarity of Power?

Yes. Even the best shadow priests and affliction warlocks in the world will not dot as good as insanity or demonic routine. People in your RBG group will get jealous and start asking questions.

You joking right ?

Great routine for pvp

Just a suggestion though that I would really love to be implemented when you have time of course..

Psychic Horror feature also have the same logic as "Silence healer when XXX" so it can horror a healer instead if we dont have silence up or it's DR'd on silence

A Psychic Horror hotkey

Hotkey for ~ so I can bind tilde <3 (not really important as the rest)

Enable/disable/PICK which options for picking up orbs/flags/returning etc, So you're able to either Turn flag returns/pickups/orbs/carts etc on/off OR even just pick between what you want it to do, so maybe return flags only, but never pick up

all these features would be great if you have time <3

I would love to have the feature (unless its hidden and I cant find it) that allows us to override the bots targeting so that it only targets units without a certain list of debuffs (like in-vulnerabilities), etc...
One example from a recent (bad pug - bad tanks on High Council) was http://www.wowhead.com/spell=184473/void-haze - the bot spent most of the fight trying to dot up the immune boss.

Other than that I love the multi-dotting, it definitely surpasses my multi target dps, especially on fights with lots of movement and other distractions. I have yet to test single target properly.

Is there a way to disable shadow word : death snipe went using cop standard rotation.

I have swd snipe disable but it still cast it

Thanks for that info Millz!
And what about maximum number of targets to dot?
Leave at 5 or increase it?

Sorry for these basic questions, but I just want to set it up once and just go with that until Legion :P
EDIT: And last question (I promise!) What would be the DPS talents to go for? Besides CoP obviously.

Was thinking something along these lines:
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/tool/talent-calculator#Xba!2120220

Yeah, 5 is fine for max units to dot. The easiest ***** for talents/glyphs is to go on the wow armory and copy off someone from a top guild.

Feature request:

Raiding Target Priority Checkbox

If enabled on fights like Xhul it targets pyromanicas, over other adds, over boss
On fights like Socrethar it targets ghosts over, big add, over small adds, over boss etc

You get the idea I hope

As nice as an idea it is, the logistics behind trying to code that would be a nightmare. Targeting in PvE/raiding is just to ensure you have a target to keep doing DPS. You should be selecting the best/prefered target yourself really.

I'm probably missing something, or maybe doing something wrong, however I've noted that when compared to a non botting similarly geared shadow priest, specced for insanity, I normally am mind bender with 4/4 t18, that I will meet or exceed their dps, however when I spec insanity they end up doing more dps / dmg overall. I've gone so far as to stand near them and take note to how often we move to be as close as possible to straight up rotation. Only thing I have been able to tell with similar number of casts, 30 vs 31 in one encounter, that my insanity ended up having an uptime of something like 25-34% where theirs was more around 92%, which then showed on the meters. It was the kormrok fight I was using CoP with CoP standard.

Hoping to get some more understanding on if Insanity is the way to go or if I should ignore for mind bender, as it's a set it and forget it dot basically every 20 seconds, however it seems like a lot of the higher tiered SP's are running insanity, so I'm torn and conflicted.

Yeah nubcake18 has given me a new rotation to add, just struggling to find the time to add updates at the moment. Crazy busy with work.

Ye i send Millz a info on proper CoP Dotless rotation still waiting for him to push beta build so i can test it.

Also it would be nice if the routine have option to not cast VT on certain mob.

List of mob that routine shouldn't Cast VT on

Xhul - Imp and Void Fiend
Manno - Imp and Infernal
Archimonde - Dread Stalker / Void Star / Living Shadow and Infernal

HFA - Iron Dragoon
Iron Reaver - Pretty much all bombs except Reinforce Bomb on Mythic
Kormrok - Hands

Kilrogg - Salivating Bloodthirster
Gorefiend - Construct

Iskar - Illusionary Outcast
Sorcrethar - Haunting Soul and Prison

Xhul / Manno and Achimonde is probably the most important one ( Huge Dps lost on Mythic )

Just to confirm, don't multi-dot any of these units?

Xhul:
- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=94231/wild-pyromaniac (2.6m HP)

Mannoroth:
- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=91259/fel-imp (2m HP)
- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=91270/dread-infernal (2.7m HP)

Archimonde:
- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=93616/dreadstalker (1.7m HP)
- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=95775/void-star (670k HP)
- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=94412/infernal-doombringer (2.8m HP)

Is there any option to configure using Dispel Magic in PVE? It's good for dungeons and grinding!

Will stick it on my to-do list.

Horror same as silence -> sure, I'll stick this on todo list.

PH hotkey -> just as easy to use an ingame macro - something like this;

/stopcasting
/cast [mod: shift, target=focus] Psychic Horror

Added void haze to the don't attack list. There's an internal list of auras where you don't attack the unit if it has certain buffs. Got a lot in there but hard to catch them all. It'll be in the next build though.

Is there a way to disable shadow word : death snipe went using cop standard rotation.

I have swd snipe disable but it still cast it

You can only disable SWD to stop incoming polymorph, can't disable SWD sniping kills in general, why would you want to turn that off?

By multi - dot i mean don't Vampiric Touch them , you should still Shadow word : Pain them.

Except for Infernal Doombringer on Archimonde you can remove that from the list

regarding the new CoP rotation if you need my help just send me message

With the above change implement this routine is golden until legion at least :)

SWD Sniping mess with the CoP standard rotation that why i want to disable it .

Went you playing CoP the only time that you should use SWD is during execute (20%) and went you are moving.

On how many enemies do you have your auto-AOE rotation? Default is 3. is it ok like that or should I change it to 4 or 5?

Only time that you should be using mind sear is went you spec into Insanity (Normal mind sear is not worth the GCD)

The fight that i use insanity on is Iskar to pad the add pack with searing insanity (Set Auto-AOE to 4 )

Would be nice if routine have built in Insanity detection and only use Mind Sear while under effect of insanity.
