Yes - Blizz is not allowed to take my money without giving me everything what I paid for. Ofc they can charge me money in advance - if that is the agreement, But they cant keep the money as long as I do not have or get access to what I have paid for. The content will be available 30/08 - I will not have access, and can regarding norwegian consumer laws - demand a refund.
I am happy to provide my money to Blizz, as long as they give me what I have paid for. Easy. And Blizzard fully complies with that. The fact that you disagree with Blizzards policies on this point - is less important. Keep being angry and ignorant. It seems to suit you.
